Chapter Twelve.

" are you kidding me?" Ariana asked Mr Shawn. " Do you think I'm gonna work hand in hand with this bitch?" She was now furious. " Hell no. I'm not working with this snitch" she concluded.

" Oh please, spare me that." Raymond argued. " Do you think I wanna work hand in hand with a fool like you?. I'd rather work hand in hand with a dumbo than with a snitch like you" he said running his hands through his hair angrily.

" Yeah? Well guess what, I'm not gonna work with you" she told Raymond before turning to the principal. " Sir,I appreciate the fact you've considered me worthy but with a snitch like this, I'm not doing it" she said giving Raymond a death stare.

" Ha!" Raymond chuckled. " Wow, wow , wow. You deserve an applause" Raymond said giving her a sarcastic applause.

They were both engrossed in their argument that they didn't notice the entry of a member of the school board.

" Enough" Mr Shawn yelled. " I Have had enough of you two, now listen up. You two don't have a choice. To you Ariana, if you decide to drop this, then you won't be in charge of the acting club any longer. You'll also be suspended for two weeks for arguing in the presence of the principal" he told her before clearing his throat. It was clear his mind was already made up.

" Sir, you're kidding. You know how much I love acting and yet......"

" You don't have a choice. Your enemity or your acting. You have till eight in the morning Tomorrow" the principal told Ariana.

" As for you Raymond," he continued. " You are not left out. If you decide not to go on with this, I'll have you suspended and have you attend summer camp on the basis of disrespect. You have till tomorrow morning" the principal told them. " You are all dismissed" the principal told them before engaging in a discussion with the member of the board.

As the students walked along the hallways, they couldn't help but make comments regarding what happen earlier.

" She's so lucky to have been paired up with the hottest guy in town" a girl said.

" I don't get why she's acting all uninterested" another girl chipped in.

" You know how those two feel about each other. They're sworn enemies and believe me you, Ariana will give up drama because of Ray".

They chit chatted as they walked to class.

" So, what are you gonna do" Casey asked Ariana.

" Give up acting obviously" Ariana said having a bite off her cheese hamburger.

" Are you crazy" Casey was shocked. " Listen Ariana, we're just getting close and I'm just getting to know you better but I know for sure that acting has been your dream your whole life" Casey said.

" I know but I can't work with that son of a bitch. I'd rather give up on acting than team up with him" she concluded.

" Seems you've made up your mind already." That was Cassandra.

" Yes. And now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get to class" Ariana said and made to leave.

" Hold on." Casey said

" What"

" Listen Ariana, just accept. You're the best person who can handle this. If not for yourself, think about the students and how they must feel going about with an unattended stomach. Help them" Casey kept on trying to talk her. She was almost successful till Beatrice walked by.

" Don't do that" Beatrice said

" And why shouldn't she" Cassandra fired 

" I like Raymond. Infact I love him. You can't do this to me Ari. If you're to work with Ray, he might like you and I need him to like me" Beatrice said.

" Wow wow wow. Simply fabulous. You know Ariana will be kicked out of acting and she'll be suspended if she doesn't agree yet..... I'm disappointed" Casey said expressing her disappoinment openly.

" Please. I need some space" Ariana said and left.

" What was the meaning of that?" Beatrice asked Casey.

" Meaning of what?" Casey answered

" Don't even......." She was interrupted by a boy who stood beside Casey.

" Hi honey" he greeted Casey

" Hi sweetie" Casey replied giving him a little kiss on the lips.

" So, I was thinking if you'd wanna join me on a walk" he asked.

" Say it again Tony and I won't resist" Casey said putting her hand around his neck while he put his around her waist.

" Wanna join me on a walk?" He asked again.

" Of course" she told him. " Don't know about you but I'm in the mood for a kiss. Do you consent?" She asked Tony.

" You'll have that" Tony told her and they locked lips.

" Hmm hmm" Beatrice cleared her throat.

" What" Tony asked after breaking up the kiss.

" No kissing in the halls" Beatrice said and left.

" HATER" Casey said as Beatrice left.

" See you later" Tony told Casey before leaving.
