Epilogue

(Like the last chapter, this is more about how everything was supposed to go, rather than an actual chapter. The planned full epilogue was supposed to be 3000 words long.)

The universe has an infinite number of stars. It's so vast that you can't explore everything by yourself even if you have billions, trillions, quadrillions, or whatever lifetime.

The universe itself is simply too vast for the mortal mind to grasp or understand the full scope. Normal galactic states cannot imagine controlling or exploring the entire universe.

But the Empire of Dark Dawn is not a normal empire, it slowly expanded by exploring and conquering everything it could.

Out of sheer ingenuity, the entire universe fell, star system after star system. Galaxy after galaxy saw the unstoppable war machines of the Dark Dawn Empire.

Led by its Maker, the empire unleashed itself into every galaxy with armies of countless numbers.

The empire expanded massively throughout the entire milky way, and when the milky way was conquered, the empire, with the development of intergalactic travel, massively expanded, in all directions of using the massive resources of the milky way.

The imperial army did not resort to violence when it annexed new species to the empire, but only demonstrated its armed forces on useless planets that were destroyed, of course there were several species that did not join the empire after the demonstration of the empire ability to destroy planets, they rebelled but were conquered.

An infinite amount of time passed as the empire expanded and explored everything within their reach.

Now in times beyond infinity, the realm stretched across the entire university through all the dimensions found within the universe.

But we better go back to where it all started on Brigothea so long ago.

Brigothea, the birthplace of the empire, the center of the entire universe. Everything on this planet is worth more than all the imperial planets combined. This is literally the best defended planet in the entire universe.

Before, only tens of billions of inhabitants lived here, now there are countless soldiers, civilians, battleships, star bases, space stations, artificial combat moons and many others.

The planet itself is a vast ecumenopolis where cities extend from the deepest layers of the planetary crust to planetary floating cities and huge residential complexes kilometers high into space.

Luxury, extravagance, hedonism and more have become a normal scene on this planet. This is literally a utopia that everyone would like to live in.

But as this planet progressed, so did other planets following Brigothea's example.

The empire itself followed Brigotea's model, which taught the entire empire to be prosperous and secure. Crime is rare, immortality is the new normal.

Star Killers or Planet Destroyers are reduced in number as weapons are used that can literally turn entire galactic clusters to dust and ash.

Technological advancement is beyond what one can imagine. The progress of the Empire is at the level of impossibility. The best scientists are almost always discovering new technologies every day.

Their greatest success was when they managed to prevent the very death of the universe, by stopping entropy they ensured the immortality of the universe.

But let's stop with useless chatter let's go back to Brigotea itself to the imperial palace itself where we can see the ruler of the Z'ymbrax empire himself, better known to his subjects as Emperor Angorias.

Z'ymbrax himself is seen sitting on his black throne in his true form.

(MC POV)

I look with my vision that spans the entire universe and think about the success I have achieved. I have fulfilled my goal, the entire universe is under my authority, but I am thinking about what to do next.

I feel a strange aura around me as if someone is looking at me and trying to contact me.

I activate my shields and release my own aura and feel the thing immediately violently teleport me.

I look at the place I've been teleported to and see that the whole place is a cyst of Non-Euclidean geometry that would drive any mortal mad.

Now I understand where I am, this plane has no name and exists beyond the boundaries of all existence. The only inhabitants are beings who could erase omniverses and an infinite amount of timelines just by thinking about it. But these near-omnipotent gods were nothing compared to their leader, to whom they looked like insects in comparison.

I strengthen my powers and let my aura of pure power shine brighter, bathing the entire place in a greenish glow.

I looked around and from here I can feel the absurd amount of power of the inhabitants reaching him.

I turned behind me to see a massive amount of tentacles, limbs, teeth and mouth on an absurdly colossal creature. It was inhumane to describe and looking at it for too long made me mad, the creature was sleepy but felt like it was aware of my existence. It looked dead but omnipresent at the same time, still nothing if it felt like this was just a dream.

I took a few steps away from creation and then I felt a strong voice in my head.

"WE HAVE TO TALK !!!". said the creature.

"Azathoth," I said.

"YES" Azathoth said.

"What the ruler of one pantheon wants to discuss with the ruler of another pantheon". I said surprised, I didn't expect this.

"ALLIANCE BETWEEN OUR PANTHEONS" Azathoth said

"WHY?" I shouted, something is really wrong here that one of the most powerful beings in all levels of existence wants my alliance.

I know a fact that most people don't, that Azathoth is just another avatar of an even more terrifying and powerful nameless creature. What would frighten such a creature?

I felt a huge amount of information being directly inserted into my head, if I wasn't an eldritch god I would go crazy from the amount of information received.

Most of this information should not be possible if it is true, but it is, this is really terrible. I look at the conditions of the alliance, they are acceptable, I know what I have to do.

"I AGREE" I say from my voice.

"THE ALLIANCE BETWEEN OUR PANTHEONS HAS BEEN MADE" Azathoth said in a pleased voice.

Immediately after his answer, I feel him returning me to my throne again.

After a little more thinking, I realize that there is one more thing left to do.

I immediately teleport with my daughters.

I teleport to my eldritch realm and watch my eldritch armies roar and bow in my direction upon my reappearance.

I walk my daughters alone to my original throne and watch countless deities and beings greet me and bow to my return.

As I approach the throne I see that the two beings closest to the throne are Antacha my daughter and my chief servant Harhath.

"Father, we are glad that you have returned from another successful adventure," Antacha said very cheerfully

"Your majesty we are all glad to have you back," Harhath said.

I don't say anything, I just smile back and just sit on the throne. By the time I feel that the absorption of the remaining powers stored in the throne is complete, I do only one thing.

"I'M BACK, MY LOYAL SUBJECTS, YOURS EMPEROR IS HERE AGAIN" I say loud enough as my answer is broadcast throughout the kingdom.

All my subjects roared and began shouting "GLORY TO THE EMPEROR" and they all knelt down.

As I look at my subjects I know only that it is good to be an emperor.
