Discussion with Mom

"You don't have to worry about what it is as this is something that will help us in the future when we tell her about our relationship and just do as planned," Evans told her and opened the kitchen door.

Inside the kitchen, Jane is standing in front of the counter and she was stirring something in the pot on the stove, when the door opened she looked towards us and gave a gentle smile to both of us "Dinner will take some time if guys should wait in the living room with mom" she thought they are here to ask about dinner.

She gave off the vibe of a newly married woman, especially with her blonde hair tied in a bun and apron. aside from this, she wore a loose pink top with a flower pattern and sky-blue pants.

"Hahaha" Both of them start laughing hearing her confusing her

Then Evans said "We aren't here to ask about dinner, I am here to tell you that I and mom will be going to discuss what we talked about the morning before dinner due too that Mom won't be able to help you so Ava will help you cook," He said and point at Ava "one more thing mom and me might take time so please eat without us and leave our food on the table we will eat it after we are done"

"I see, don't take too much time if you can have dinner with us," Jane said to him then looks at Ava "Ava come help with this I will prepare other things"

He left the kitchen and went to his room to meet his mom who was waiting for him there.

He enters his room and saw his mom sitting on the bed lazily with her laptop placed on her lap, she looked toward him as the door opened, "Your room is very clean I didn't expect it in the middle of the week, normally Ava or jane clean your room on Sunday or it will be full of garbage." she said in an amazed voice. As a teenage boy, his room was never clean unless his sisters help him or his mother kept ranting about it the whole Sunday.

"Hehe I just cleaned his in the evening I was bored of studying." he said and he jumped on the bed beside his mother and put his head on her shoulder and looks at the laptop screen "What are you doing," He asked her to look at the screen.

Miya was a little surprised by his behavior because he doesn't act like this plus keeps his distance even from his mother. She felt relief seeing him go back to normal as he used to a few years ago.

"Nothing just thinking about my new design" She showed him her new design, it was a dress with flowers from the left shoulder to cleavage with an off-shoulder on the opposite side it was very beautiful but it was incomplete.

"Wow Mom this looks beautiful but it's a little empty in the lower parts plus I think you should increase the dress length" He gave her his opinion.

"I know its empty on lower parts but that's where I am stuck, I am not getting any good ideas for it, sigh," She said and looks at the dress "I also want to increase the dress length but it will look very plain with nothing on it"

"Mom let's go out on Sunday, you can look around in the mall or somewhere for new ideas, and we all can spend time together also, it's been a long time since we all go out together. Evans give a suggestion to his mom and it was also part of his plan to go out on Sunday with everyone and spend time with them but he never thought he will get an opportunity like this to ask his mom.

"Well it's true we haven't gone out together for some time but whose fault is this? " she said and she looks at him with a sharp glare it was because he always stays in his room and doesn't talk much so he didn't go on an outing with them.

"hehe," he gave an embarrassing laugh to his mom and looked away.

Miya was very happy to see her son opening up with her again she put away the laptop on the table beside it. and looks at her son "Now tell me what you plan to do with the money and why you want the money" Concern was clear in her gentle voice. she thinks he has gotten himself in some kind of trouble and needs money or someone is bullying him.

"Mom give me the laptop I will show you," he asked his mom and took the pen drive from his pocket, it was the same one from before.

Miya gave him her laptop and he plugged his pen drive into it but didn't open it directly instead he opened Chrome.

"Mom, did you watch any news recently?" he asked

She shook her head while saying "I don't have time to watch the news at all"

he nods his head and typed 'Corona Virus' in the search, soon many news related to it start to appear he looked toward his mom and start explaining "Mom this is a coronavirus, this is spreading all over the world at a very fast rate causing many deaths" he shows her records making her shock

"I understand this is bad but how is this related to us and your need for money?" she asked him as the coronavirus isn't in their country yet and it's not related to his money needs.

He closed Chrome and open his pen drive folder and start a PPT in it.

"OK, Mom I know you don't understand about it yet and don't know how risky this is, so listen carefully," He said in a serious tone and sit properly.

Seeing her son getting all serious, she understands how important it can be because he doesn't get serious normally. She looks at the screen.

"Mom this coronavirus comes from China it was discovered around 3 months ago last year so it is also called COVID-19, in only 3 months it has killed millions of people and it's still spreading all over the world soon it is will reach here too," he said and start using his voice skill to make it for convening.

"So very soon the whole country will be locked down and many companies will shut for months or will be closed while some will rise soon" He keeps changing slides and keep showing official articles.

"I want money to invest in some companies that will rise such as these, these types of products are useful in viruses and other things are useful in daily life so we can have a passive income," He said as he told her his plan and showed some companies.

He took a pause and look at his Mom and give her some time to digest the information he have given her so far.
