In previous encounter with red Dragon Emperor he used a Magic spell on All Devils to Monitor his Powers and he got the Data to create An Artificial Boosted gear but it wasn't enough he needed Ddraig's Soul in Order to Creat Boost Function but he didn't have so he used a Fragment of Croum Church in order to Create his Own Version of Boost effect thus the Artificial Boosted gear itself which is a Feat On his own and first one in history to achieve that he created bracelets to Safeguard them From Holy energy.

He even Recieved a Ophis Snake in order to Perfectly Execute Red Dragon Emperor if he declines to join. He used all of them Now he is as strong as Super Devils who can Easily Rank Top 9- 7 strongest beings on Earth but despite all of his Efforts, He simply isn't enough to take down the Child In front of Him who is now on Outrage stage
