Chapter 125

Reverting back to my base, I head back towards the City which has somehow managed to survive the battle between Cumber and me, when I arrived at the city, I headed to where I sensed everyone's ki.

Once I arrived, I saw Kakarot, Vegeta, 21, Chronoa, and Trunks along with the other Time patrollers. Kakarot and Vegeta were covered in bandages, 21 was a few times smaller than what she usually is and everyone else seemed to be okay.

21-"So I'm assuming you defeated Cumber?"

Sage-"Yeah, we won't be seeing him anytime soon, that's for sure."

When I was near them, I sat down next to everyone, and we just stayed sitting quietly for a few minutes before one of the time patrollers asked something.

Ace-"Does anyone know who had attacked us?"

None of us said anything as none of us knew who had attacked us.

21-"That purple guy I fought with seemed to be doing this for his enjoyment and experiments, at least that's what he said, though he could've been trying to mislead us, although considering how he didn't interfere after he left, I'm willing to bet it's true."

Trunks-"If he's really doing this for his enjoyment as you said, then it's likely he'll interfere or attack us again, correct?"

Ace-"That's what it sounds like."

Beat-"Is there anything we could do?"

Vegeta-"Hmph, how about training and getting stronger for starters, you three weren't of much help."

Goku-"There isn't any point in blaming them, the culprit has already been dealt with, we should focus on how to prevent this from happening in the future."

Chronoa-"Well I plan on moving the City to a different deserted dimension, it should hopefully make it harder for anyone to find us, considering how two groups of people arrived at Toki Toki city on the same day, it wasn't that well hidden."

Trunks-"Haa, that would be helpful, with the amount of destruction that was caused to the city, it's going to take some time to rebuild it all."

When he said that, we all looked at the destroyed city, some parts of the city are still relatively intact, but most of the city has received some damage and a good chunk of the city had been completely destroyed, leaving nothing except rubble and sand, hell even the statue of Shenron circling the city has severe damage.

Sage-"Hmph, I tried my best at keeping the damages to a minimum, but for your information, I'm not that good and controlling my strength, why do you think I always wear bracers that seal away most of my ki."

Chronoa-"Anyways with everything having been dealt with, I would like to formally thank you four for putting your lives on the line and protecting the Toki Toki city as well as the time vault."

When she said that, she stood up and bowed before the four of us, with Trunks and his teammates copying her.

Goku-"Well it's not like we could just sit and watch as someone attacks this place."

Vegeta-"Tsk, the only reason I helped was to protect the time vault you told us about."

21-"I only helped because I needed your assistance in locating Towa."

Sage-"I'm on the same page as Vegeta and 21."

Chronoa-"Even so, you four still saved many lives, and I would like to thank you for that, now though I must go and find a suitable place to relocate Toki Toki City. You three, go and help in cleaning the city, alright?"

Trunks-"Of course, it's our home too."

And with that Chronoa, Trunks, and the time patrollers left, leaving the four of us alone, and it didn't take long before Kakarot or Vegeta asked the obvious question.

Goku-"So Sage, mind telling us why you're with 21?"

21-"We've agreed to become allies, isn't that right cupcake."

Sage-"Tsk, don't say it like that, we've only agreed to become allies in order to keep Demigra sealed remember, once we achieve that and after I kill Mira, I'll kill you next."

21-"That's so mean, but then again honest men taste much better!"

I must say, 21 ability to annoy me is quite high, and if it wasn't for agreeing to be allies, I swear I would kill her immediately.

Sage-"Enough about that, but how did you guys like the present I left, it seemed to have given you guys a huge boost in power, and it even allowed you guys to unlock a Saiyans true form."

Goku-"I wasn't a fan, having to search the Galaxy for 7 small orbs was very tedious, glad that we destroyed them, though the strong enemies weren't too bad, just wished they weren't evil."

Vegeta-"Even so, our newfound power still wasn't enough for today."

Sage-"I'm not going to try and comfort you, but just so you two know, you're currently a good amount stronger than your counterparts that have walked the path of the gods."

Vegeta-"It seems the so-called Gods aren't all that."

Sage-"I wouldn't quite say that, but whatever, you'll learn the truth soon enough. So anyways, how's Nala been doing ever since I left?"

Goku-"How do you think she's doing, she's spent most of her life with you Sage, it doesn't take a genius to know she's doing fine, besides I heard from Vegeta that Nala would come over and talk with Bulma every now and then."

Hearing Kakarot's words caused me to release a sigh of relief, though my thoughts of Nala got interrupted by the most annoying Majin ever.

21-"I'm sitting right here, yet you ask about another woman, I can't believe you would do something like that, and after everything we've been through cupcake!"

It pissed me off so much that I grabbed her, squished her tiny frame into the size of a baseball, and threw her in the air before hitting her as hard as I could with my tail, sending her far off in the distance.

Sage-"Finally, some peace and quiet."

It's been a few days since the incident with cumber, and right now 21 and I, who had returned to full size after getting sent to the middle of nowhere, are in the process of returning home, or at least to the timeline we were in before coming here, Kakarot and Vegeta decided to stay at Toki Toki city and help Trunks in locating Towa as well as preventing her from interfering with other timelines.

Sage-"So do you plan on getting stronger or not, because if so then I don't mind no longer being your ally, no use being the ally of someone weak after all."

21-"Excuse me for not being able to grow in the middle of the fight, besides you can't even properly control all of your power yet, 'mister I only got powerful because I got beat up'."

Sage-"Tch, so what, I'm still powerful to the point where that your strength isn't really helpful anymore."

21-"Hehe, if you think so, just wait till we return, I'll have a surprise for you."
