West City. A large megalopolis that exists on the planet Earth is the hometown of the smartest teen in the world. Bulma Briefs.

Bulma Briefs was the daughter of a famous scientist named Dr Brief who invented the capsules.

Small Devices that can be used to store items that are several times bigger than them.

"Are you sure you want to go out and search that dragon thing?" a young female voice was heard from a phone that put near the table where Bulma was at.

"Dragon balls. They are dragon balls. And yeah. I am going to search all seven of them and finally make my lifelong wish." Bulma said as she holds a device named dragon radar.

"And what is that." The female voice asked.

"To get a handsome boyfriend," Bulma said while blushing.

"..... Really? Are you seriously going to travel around the world when the red ribbon army has been more active than they were before for something like that?" The female voice said in concern.

"Tights. I knew that you are going to say that. But why are you making such a big deal? You know that I am more than capable of taking care of myself." Bulma replied to the voice.

The owner of the voice was Tights. Bulma's older sister. Who was living on an island in the middle of the sea at that time.

"I know but still. The last time someone say something like that to me a huge mess was made." Tights said.

"I am different from Jaco," Bulma replied knowing what her sister was saying.

Jaco was an alien friend of Tights who was also a space cop.

Bulma saw him a few years ago when she was just a child. And also knows him from the stories that her sister told her before.

He was well known for being an overconfident idiot and getting into mess wherever he goes throughout the universe.

So bulma immediately knows that her sister was talking about him when she said someone that got into a mess.

"Did Mom and Dad say you could go?" Tights asked.

"You know how those two are. They always let us do whatever we want." Bulma said as she got up and started to stand up.

"Be careful. Remember to always carry and use a gun when you think you are in danger." Tights warned her sister.

"Don't worry. I will." Bulma said as she hung up the phone.

"Breaking news. The Red Paramedics company have announced a drug called Hitomorphline that could cure people that are affected by the company's former product, Animorphline.
