Zenkai Boost

Karl's back rested smoothly on the chair of his rejuvenation chamber, His injuries healing slowly but surely.

His new starship was currently shooting off the planet at incredible speed and although Karl didn't know where he would go next, He wanted a place where he could grind in peace, maybe a Planet inhabited by Space monsters or something like that.

Karl stepped out of the rejuvenation chamber, green fluid spreading across the ground as his body was returned to full health much like a Pokemon when handed to their trainer by Nurse Joy.

His eyes were trembling because of the tremendous power flowing through his veins, He was finally having it... The phenomenon known as a Zenkai boost.

His injuries had been healed and now new power filled his veins, He had been brutally injured in that base, not due to the damage that they managed to him but rather the blood loss he had incurred.

After the surge of power ceased, Karl tapped the air and looked at his stats.

Karl smiled, His Power level had just been well over boosted by 1000 with just that. His power level wasn't numerically near that of a Saiyan, not by a longshot but he would be able to beat a Saibaman.

That singular feat called for celebration as the Saibaman was one of the most troubling races in Dragon Ball Z.

"As long as I have this Zenkai ability, I'll continue to grow stronger and yes, I can finally use KI techniques now," Karl said with a sigh as he stared at himself in the mirror, His tail was dancing in the air with excitement.

He couldn't seem to contain his happiness at his first major Zenkai boost but... he had more pressing matters to attend to.

Karl's eyes widened in surprise as he stared at the absurdly low costs of the KI moves.

(a) Kamehameha (20 SP):

An energy attack produced by putting hands together and focusing KI in them before releasing it in a single powerful wave of energy, It is very destructive in nature when used with a full KI bar, The Kamehameha is one of the only energy attacks in the Dragon ball world that can be influenced by different type of energies.

(b) Solar Flare (10 SP):

An energy attack used to produce a blinding flash of light that temporarily makes the target blind.

(c) KI Armor (50 SP):

A debuff KI technique used to create an armor of KI around the user that helps increase Defensive prowess.

Karl only had three out, although the prices were low, He didn't have enough Strength points to purchase all that he wanted so he had to manage with these three.

Kamehameha was a technique that could be a single hand technique as well as a dual hand technique, in other words, It was incredibly versatile and can be used for quick powerful attacks.

Solar Flare was a technique that would prove invaluable against any opponent, except opponents with eyes but then again, every alien in Dragon Ball Z had eyes including Beerus and Whis and although Karl wasn't so sure about blinding an angel, He was very sure about blinding Beerus with 100x Solar flare though.

KI armor although this was Karl's first time hearing about it, As long as it didn't reduce his speed and increased his defensive prowess, He was fine with it.

As he clicked Purchase and watched 80 Strength points vanish from his balance, The new skills made an appearance right under Aura Burst and they were all at LV. 0 but Karl was sure they would increase with time.

He clicked his tongue as he looked at himself in the mirror, He hardly looked different, aside from the fact that his muscle tone had gotten a lot denser but he was still the same short 16 year old Saiyan, He was totally sure that he couldn't measure up to Goku.

Karl stretched a bit and decided to get used to his new body a bit in the training room.

[Distant Flashback]

"Is this really your best starship?" Karl had asked.

They were at the planetary forces headquarters and Karl just had to make sure, A starship called Starship X was actually the highest thing the fat alien had in stock.

It had it's own rejuvenation chamber as well as a training room with drones, No there was no gravity, There was no outer space Bulma for that but Karl planned to start Gravity training at some point in time.

His injuries had not been tampered with and Karl preferred it that way as his Zenkai would be a lot larger.

"Y... yes," The Fat alien had replied, his face trembling.

"I'll take it," Karl had finally said, snapping the Alien out of the distant world where his head got squashed by Karl at several intervals out of anger and spite.

"O... Okay, Let me get your handprint," He had said, motioning Karl into the starship.

[End Of Distant Flashback]

Karl now walked to the training room, His legs taking him to his destination faster than ever, His endurance had vastly been increased and Karl was happy about this as well.

The rooms were well cleaned although Karl would give a lot for some clothes right now, He was literally walking around naked apart from the Green jacket that he had bought which was wrapped around his waist section.

After making a swift and calculable decision, Karl turned around and headed to the closet room.
