Chapter 55: Fighting for Glory City

As the dust settled, Shen Hong lay defeated on the ground.

His gaze fixed on the darkened sky.

The Sacred Family would let the horde into the city while escaping to the St. Ancestral Mountain Range towards the Dark Guild's hidden base. Later, the Dark Guild would open a passage to the Abyssal Prison Realm so that they could be relatively safe.

But everything he had achieved so far was in vain. Ye Zhong had completely defeated him.

Seeing that his comrades were being easily defeated, the remaining members of the Dark Guild began to merge with their demon spirits to attack. Ghostly wolves, spectral tigers, and ice serpents, all kinds of demonic spirits appeared.
