277: The order to head back

"Grand Duke, why did you leave Princess behind like this? I thought you liked her. But your behaviour makes it look like you want to bully her."

The aide looked pained as he admitted it.

He had noticed how the Grand Duke had behaved in the past few days, and it did not look like he liked the princess.

Heck, it did not even look like an attempt at friendship. 

It was almost as if the pair were constantly at each other's throats and wanted to be with each other.

"Oh my! Is that what it looks like to other people? This is heartbreaking. After l went through all of the bullshit to become close to the princess because this is what you wanted me to do. And this is how I would repay you. How shameful indeed."

The Grand Duke acted out his part, and the aide knew it.

He also knew he did not need to feel guilty here.
