Anton was dumbfounded.

He realized that, as the protagonist, Tony could handle any mess or chaos that came his way.

The last time, the Osborne Company's Lizardman incident was delivered right to his doorstep! But this time, he can run into Iron Man vs. Iron Monger even after leaving work honestly? This is really sci-fi!

Then he took a closer look, and Tony's condition was not looking good. The situation was even more exaggerated than in the original plot.

At this point, Tony seemed to have lost all his energy, even his helmet was torn off.

Anton focused on Iron Monger's hand, which seemed to be Tony's torn-off helmet, now reduced to a pile of scrap metal.

"It's too miserable!"

Anton began to wonder if Tony Stark could pull off tomorrow's famous scene or if he would actually be killed tonight.

The scene was getting out of control.

The battle between the two had exceeded Anton's expectations.

Meanwhile, the citizens affected by this incident all cursed "unlucky," their brains blank, unable to escape in time.

You know, New York had already suffered from a series of major events caused by supervillains. It wasn't just bad luck anymore—it was pure "fate."

Yesterday it was Dr. Octopus, and today it was Iron Monger.

Of course, they didn't yet know how to comment on the two Iron Men in front of them.

But obviously, neither of them seemed a hero.

Especially the silver Iron Man, with his larger body, like an overlord, dragging the red Iron Man across the ground.

One by one, missiles ejected from Iron Monger's shoulders and flew in all directions.

The main target of Iron Monger was Tony's Iron Man suit.

Boom!

The huge fireball and shockwave spread, overturning nearby cars—including a bus, which rolled away.

Fortunately, the people inside the vehicles had fled early, or the number of casualties would have been staggering.

Dididi!

The sirens blared.

People farther away saw the road blocked and fled in panic.

Anton, who was not far from the scene, didn't rush to act. Instead, he watched the scene with interest, not worried that Tony would be taken down so easily.

Not yet—he hadn't made his move!

To be honest, his interest in killing Iron Monger was far less than watching Tony Stark suffer.

Boom!

"Tony!"

Iron Monger stepped on Iron Man's chest, looked down at Tony's exposed face, and gritted his teeth. "I've been supporting you for forty years, Tony. Think about it—what exactly did you give me in return?!"

He snarled, "I built this company from scratch, and I will never allow anything to block my way!"

"Even if it's you!!!"

"Go to hell!"

There was extreme madness in his deep voice.

Tony gritted his teeth and resisted.

He had lost his helmet, his missile system failed in battle, and his energy was almost depleted—he only had one last chance to release a shockwave.

Without hesitation, he launched the shockwave with both hands, knocking Iron Monger back.

Tony relied on his dexterous movements and strength to get behind Iron Monger's neck, preparing to tear apart his internal structure.

But he miscalculated!

The Iron Monger caught him and unceremoniously slammed his fist, smashing it like a boulder.

Tony closed his eyes in despair as his life flashed before his eyes. He didn't regret his choice.

Boom!

A huge crash resounded.

A strong wind blew in front of Tony, making his face hurt.

Feeling something was off, he suddenly opened his eyes and saw another silver figure—similar to his own suit but with more prominent lines—standing in front of him.

This person caught Monger's fist.

Since it wasn't the first time they had met, Tony was no stranger to this figure.

"Cyborg!"

Tony exclaimed, "Why are you here?"

"This is New York."

Cyborg turned his head, facing Tony with half of his face blackened, his mechanical eyes glowing red. Despite the fierce appearance, Tony felt a strange sense of familiarity.

Tony hadn't expected the cyborg to appear again so soon. Strictly speaking, this was the second time the cyborg had saved him!

Yesterday's Dr. Octopus and the artificial solar event... If it weren't for Cyborg, Tony's fate would have probably been worse than it was today.

"Since you're fighting in New York, shouldn't you count on a superhero showing up soon?"

Cyborg's tone was calm, but there was an unmatched confidence in his words.

He continued, "We're not the New York Police Department or S.H.I.E.L.D., who are good at cleaning up the aftermath. We're good at solving enemies."

" You guys?"

Tony caught the key point in Cyborg's statement.

Da-da-da!

The sound of footsteps came from behind.

Tony turned his head, opened his eyes wide, and saw someone well-known to him, though for some reason, he didn't particularly like him.

"First time meeting, Tony Stark."

The man in black armor and a flying cloak nodded at him with a grim expression.

Tony couldn't help but feel that this guy's mouth was slightly turned up, as if he were smiling.

"Batman!"

Tony's tone was complicated, but a sense of relief washed over him.

The arrival of Batman and Cyborg meant that the situation tonight was under control.

Tony tilted his head subconsciously. He, who cared about his pride, didn't want to be seen in such a vulnerable position.

"Tony!"

Suddenly, as Batman and Cyborg emerged, Pepper, who had been standing in the distance, staring nervously at the scene, ran over.

She hugged Tony tightly.

"Leave it to Batman and Cyborg. You need treatment now!"

Tony took a deep breath upon hearing her words.

He felt underestimated!

If it weren't for the Ark reactor being replaced with an older version, leaving him with insufficient energy—so much so that he couldn't even use his shockwave more than once, and with the missile system destroyed—he wouldn't have been reduced to this point.

"Tony, you almost died!"

Pepper took Tony to the side of the road, fear evident in her eyes.

"Pepper, there won't be such a mistake in future!"

Tony comforted her, looking at the confrontation between Cyborg and Iron Monger. He clenched his fists.

This was a battle of humiliation, one that had severely wounded his pride!

After this, he vowed to completely overhaul his armor and create something even more powerful and amazing.

Rather than being called Cyborg, he might as well be referred to as Batman's sidekick.

Obadiah looked at the man in front of him, his face changing slightly.

As the half-controller of an arms company, Obadiah may not know much about technology, but that doesn't mean he couldn't recognize the superiority of the cyborg .

Compared to the Iron Monger he controlled, Obadiah knew that the mechanical body of Cyborg was no ordinary technology.

"Let's see whose design is better!"

However, Obadiah laughed loudly, without a hint of fear or hesitation in his heart.

At this point, the matter was beyond redemption for him—he had no way out.

Furthermore, just pressing Tony to the ground and rubbing his face in it had given him a tremendous boost of confidence.

Wearing the "Iron Monger" armor, Obadiah felt as though he had reached a level of invincibility in the world.

As for Anton, he could only... say that Obadiah had become quite swollen with pride!

So, next, it was time for Obadiah to learn what it truly meant to be "someone beyond the human."

The evolution of the situation surprised Anton a bit, but since Tony wasn't yet taking action, as the protagonist, Anton naturally wanted Cyborg to teach Tony a lesson.

Tony needed to know how cyborg was forged and how true Iron Man fought. Of course, by "Iron Man," Anton was referring to Cyborg.

This guy, being a semi-mechanical biochemical man, definitely belonged in the "Iron Man" lineup.
