Chapter 115: Mosquito bite
Thomas, deeply moved, felt even more affectionate towards Clara. When he saw Clara specially brewing medicine for him, his eyes welled up with tears. He took the bowl handed by Clara and drank it all.
"Clara! You're truly kind. Be my mate!" Thomas had been thinking about this.
Jimmy interjected, "Dream on. Clara is from our Lion tribe."
Clara didn't say anything, feeling that she had been out for too long. After instructing Thomas to remember to change his dress, she hurriedly left.
Jimmy escorted Clara to the entrance of her home, bidding farewell with reluctance. He watched Clara enter the courtyard before leaving.
Inside the house, Clara didn't see Mateo. However, a square table and four chairs were already set up in the house.
Where could he be? Hopefully not out looking for her! Clara considered whether to go and find Mateo but hesitated, thinking it might not be appropriate. She decided to patiently wait at home.
