Fiancee

My legs got weak making me fall to the ground as the scene replayed in my mind. "Who's there?" I heard a sharp voice. I realized I'd been caught. Before I could walk back in without getting noticed, I was met with Taeyong."Y-Y/n? What are you doing here?" he asked looking at me. He helped me get up and was expecting an answer."I-I just c-came to-" I stopped as I saw two new faces join in front of me. I looked at them in terror. "Who is this?" A guy who looked in his mid-30s asked. "This is Lim Y/n, the doctor who treated me. Y/n, this is my father, and that's my brother, Lee Taeho," He introduced. His brother suddenly pointed the gun at me, making my eyes wide.Taeyong stood in front of me, stopping him from doing anything."What do you think you are doing?" he questioned Taeho."She just saw what happened here. Do you still think she needs to be alive?""She saved my life! I won't let you do anything to her," He said sharing sharp glares with his brother."What is she doing here? You know, no outsiders allowed in the family business?" His father spoke."Abeoji, she ain't no stranger. She is family too," They both were confused, including me. "How so?" Taeho asked."Y/n is my fiancee," I blinked a couple of times trying to digest the new information. He looked at me expecting an answer. If I want to escape from these two, alive, I need to agree with this. I said nothing but just gave a nod."Well, this is just all of a sudden... But I'm glad you chose someone. I'm happy for you," His father said with a smile. His brother seemed uninterested."Taeho, clean this mess up and hurry back. I'll take a leave, then," and his father walked away into the dark. Taeho asked his men to take the body away while Taeyong took me to his room.He shut the door loudly as we got in and looked angry. I know I did something I shouldn't have but he left me no choice. Should I apologize? But I did nothing wrong."You were trying to escape, weren't you?" he asked in a scary tone. I looked away from him and gave a slight nod. "Do you think I'm a fool?! I'm doing everything to save your life but here you are, trying to escape. Do you not want to live?!" he shouted showing his back. I didn't talk back cause I knew what I did was wrong, from his perspective. "Say something, will you?!?" The way he shouted made me flinch."I d-didn't mean to walk into the garden while you were there. And for trying to escape... I'm sorry. I-I shouldn't have done that," I said as I looked at my fingers. He walked closer to me and pulled my chin to face him. His face seemed to calm down and he looked at me with soft eyes."Do you realize I'm doing all this for you?" he asked cupping my cheeks. My heart was throbbing as he touched me. I've been way too close to him before but this time it felt different. I gave another nod to his question."I don't want to see you hurt because of me. That's the last thing I'd ever want to happen," There was a hint of worry in his tone."Hey, I'm very sorry if it hurt you," The way he spoke made me feel being with him is the only way I can be safe. But this isn't a place for me. I need to leave as soon as possible.He smiled warmly at me and moved back. He headed to the washroom while I was left with a confused feeling. Just then I realized something he said down there.'Y/n's my fiancee.' I knocked on the bathroom and was greeted with a shirtless Taeyong. "What did you mean by your fiancee?"
