"I think it's time"
Darren gazed at him perplexity. What now?
It fascinates Darren how Tim just speaks things entirely out of the blue. How he can he jump to one topic to another or how he starts one. One moment, like before, they were just lounging in the living room, minding their own business when all of a sudden Tim wanted to use the washer.
This is like a repeat of what happened.
"What?"
Tim tilted his head, "I think it's time to try the washer"
Nope. This is exactly a repeat of what happened. And there's no way in Darren's sanity he would let him terrorize his washer ever again.
"I think it's time" Darren nodded and Tim immediately lighten up and was quick to stand up.
"Right? I'm so brilliant! Come on then! Let's try the washer" he smiled joyfully, evidently excited having something to explore again.
Darren sneered, "I think it's time for me to call the rehab"
He puckered his lips and tried one of his puppy dog eyes, Darren looked away. He already knew it's hard to say no to that kind of face. And Tim seemed to know what exactly he is doing.
Reign your feelings Darren. Reign your feelings or Tim would destroy the whole house.
"Come on! Don't kill the vibe. I can read the manual" he pointed out when his adorable face didn't have any effect on Darren. Denials aside, it has. It really has but he just had to ignore because he cannot let him use the washer.
It's like a sensitive bomb on Tim's hands and he would not let his fingers go near his washer.
"No"
Tim pouted even more and sat back down, "Fine. But can I at least poke at it?"
"What's even the difference? No" Darren immediately rejected.
Why is he so fond of using the washer? It's not like that machine were just invented yesterday. Pretty sure washers are even older than them both.
"But it's fun"
Darren raised an eyebrow, "What is with you and washers anyway?"
They looked at each other. Both of them not getting fazed with the intensity of their stare but not until, Tim blinked and shrugged. "I had a childhood deficiency"
What's what? Is that even a thing? What kind of rubbish is he talking about now?
"What?" Darren believes his word of the day had to be that. His mind is always processing when it comes to talking to Tim and whatever kind of foolishness he chose as a theme for his day.
He doesn't understand what he is saying right away, "I apologize. I don't speak idiot" he added.
Tim laughed earnestly and leaned on the back of the couch. Darren also believes their usual spot had to be the living room. They are always lounged in here and it's starting to get boring.
Why? Like hello, Darren had thousands of ways to execute different kinds of fun.
He always have the top five in his mind. One would be Tim cleaning the attic but as it turns out, he's afraid of cockroaches and even more terrified of the flying ones.
Second of the list is Tim to actually try to gather whatever braincells he had lost because Darren's back is hurting for having to carry all the fun around here. Third of the list is for Tim to try to at least learn some decency because that blunt and flirty attitude is hurting his eyes. Darren doesn't always possess the strength to counter his homosexuality.
He's gay. He is gay for men who are way passed his standard. Unfortunately for Darren, Tim had to be the one to take the spot of that.
Fourth of the list, is Tim to have the thought process not to ever wear a shirt inside the house or if he can't do that, a sleeveless is enough. Darren needs his vitamins. Vitamin tattoos and vitamin muscles and failure to see might result to outbursts. Because a daily dose of these vitamins are necessary to keep his emotions at bay.
And last of the list, but wait, he needs to have a drumroll. So, drumroll please.
Woohoo! Here we go.
The last of the list, is for Darren to have the chance to trace that magnificent back tattoos. Because why not? He bet he can give it life. He'll trace its shape and it will roar.
"Cutie, I fuckin' know an imagination when I see one" he grinned and Darren was taken out of his reverie.
He blushed and threw him one throw pillow. This idiot! He wasn't imagining! Of course not! He isn't, is he? He isn't, right?
He was just thinking and revealing five pieces of information stored in his impressive mind who has the grandest opinions of all things involving this man across him.
"Don't be hilarious. You've gone insane, I'm sure. Now, what is this deficiency all about?" he changed the topic.
"I lack the proper childhood fun I should had. Thus, I like to call it my childhood deficiency" Tim chuckled.
Now, that's actually clever and sorta funny. Darren would keep that in his dictionary to address in their vows- woah woah woah! That's some boundary right there.
Do not let your mind be in the gutter too Darren.
"What kind of childhood did you have?" he asked, trying to keep his mind of imagining things he shouldn't have. This is getting out of control.
"Simple, I was frickin' restricted of playtime so I wasn't able to explore things I wanna explore"
"So, you thought a washer was a good step?" he asked sarcastically innocent.
Again, Tim is an idiot.
But gorgeous. Argh! Stop it Darren!
Tim laughed again and looked at him with cheer and delight. A trouble in its own. Darren is not straight enough for this day.
"Damn. I fucking love your sarcasm"
"Who wouldn't?"
Tim laughed at that merrily. He laughed aloud and wheezed and cackled like he was being possessed by the same ghost that was on the horror movie, The Possession of Hannah Grace.
Unlike that movie, he wasn't horrifying, he looked so joyful at the moment. Again, Darren really had to carry all the entertainment.
"Damn. I would've ha-
He was cut off when Darren's phone rang so he held an index finger and looked at him, "Hold that idiot thought"
He answered the phone, "What?"
Tim chuckled at his tone.
"Hello to you too." Lee spoke and Darren can tell he is smiling on the other side.
"Where's Lily?" because Lee apparently called from Lily's number.
"We're at the mall, Ren"
Darren rolled his eyes at what he said, he didn't need to know that?
"I told you not to date Lily. She's as dense as ceramic cup." Both Tim and Lee chuckled at that.
Darren glared at him and signed him to keep quiet, he just grinned.
So annoying, duh.
"We're here because the hotel informed us Atty. Elroy was seen here. And we're trying to find out where exactly"
