At the Konoha cemetery, you can see hundreds of people wearing black with their clan logo on it, most were Uchiha members but also the heads of the Konoha clans and some of their members, Danzo and the council, and the Hokage.
worry and displeasure could be seen on both the Hokage and the civilian council members they wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Danzo, all the Uchiha members were mourning their dead, but showed no weakness and stood strong to show power and that the clan is stronger then ever and they were waiting for the clan head to come.
[among the crowds ]
a council member spoke: " Danzo sama should we be really here, this is enemy territory if they try to kill us here and start a coup we will die"
this is met with a look from Danzo that one gives to trash thinking: ' this trash is really going to act like we aren't responsible for this and to think I was once like this till I met his majesty, huh'
Danzo: " like I said there is no coup anymore, the new head has taken control of the clan and you would do well behave and offer your apologizes for the dead, we are responsible for what happened here anyway"
the entire council members are shooked by his words and are fast to deny doing anything and this was only due to their actions so Danzo decided not to talk anymore and only thought 'unredeemable trash'
Hokage: ' why is he not here yet how can he come after me and all the people here this shows that he really cares nothing for my position and this is problematic'
minutes later suddenly all the Uchiha members started to move and create a pathway from the cemetery entrance till the memorial stone made to honor the dead from the Uchiha and a group could be seen coming.
the group consisted of 13 people one at the head followed by Gaku and Miko and their two sons and behind them are members of the ten commandments except the two responsible for the defense of the clan.
as Ajamu reaches the start of the path he is greeted by the Uchiha members maintaining the path with a bow of the head and this is watched by all the other members of other clans and the Hokage with shock and marvel and some clan heads with envy.
Ajamu advances through the path until he reaches the memorial and then places a white flower on it, followed by his group, he then stands in front of the memorial then uses earth style without hand seals to make a stand which he climbs followed by Gaku and Miko while the 8 commandments surrounded the stand then he starts talking with a booming and authoritative voice.
ِAjamu: "Today is a sad day for our clan, due to the mistreatment and blame we received from the village, a group of our people couldn't tolerate it so they thought that they should stage a coup against the village, which is an unforgivable something to think and crime towards our vows as at the time we were citizens of this village "
he lets this sink in but the face of everyone that is not an Uchiha are showing disbelief and worry
Ajamu: " but this wasn't our clan responsibility only as despite our obvious un involvement in the Kyuubi attack we were simply blamed for it because some saw a Sharingan in the Kyuubi's eyes when the attack happened, which for some reason the civilian council blamed the entire clan for a most likely a rogue ninja of Konoha disregarding the fact that the ones responsible for protecting the people of this village during the attack were Uchiha police force and that we lost clan members too"
at this moment both the Hokage attempted to stop him and deny his words bu Ajamu activated

Ajamu continues: " and for that, a civil war to stop our members who only did this as a shout of anger and pain for what they received happened but this is not justice, for ours are not yet delivered and now I bring you the Diaymo decree" he says pulling a decree with the Diaymo seal on it .
[Flash back]
Ajamu used [ teleport to shadow] to teleport to the shadow placed in the Diaymo shadow who was sitting in his office in his home.
suddenly Ajamu shows up in the room and the shadows restrained the Daimyo before he can call for help, Ajamu uses his ability to brainwash the Diaymo into his loyal supporter than he gives him the orders to write a decree and to accept the engagement between Itachi and his daughter and arrange a meeting place between them too.
which he does, believing it's his own will.
[end of flash back]
Ajamu opens the Decree and reads it out loud: " I the fire Diamyo upon receiving the news and proof of what happened to the Uchiha clan, show my greatest sorrow and disappointment in the leadership and government that the village uses, and for that, I hereby announce the complete independence of the Uchiha clan and grant them the right to self-govern and the land they live on. and recognize Ajuma Uchiha as the head of the clan".
saying that the people in front of Ajamu are shocked and their mouths are wide open is an understatement of what they are going through now.
Ajamu: 'wait till you hear the rest', " and to bring justice for the crimes against the Uchiha clan I harpy disband the current civilian council and they are to be arrested and executed for their crims and all their assists are to be given to the Uchiha clan" those cowards tried to run but was apprehended by Uchiha clan members.
Ajamu: " as for Hiruzen Sarutobi the Third Hokage as shown by the recent events and the fact that he agreed on the issue of a mission to kill the entire Uchiha clan to one Itachi Uchiha, is herby removed from his position of power and is to be arrested and prosecuted for all his incompetence in the leadership during his time, and place my brother in law Gaku Uchiha as the 5th Hokage of Konoha in effect from the moment this decree is read"
Ajamu looks at the other clan heads and their members and the Konoha ninja here: ' wow some fainted from the news while others are pinching the arms while the Uchiha members have a toothy smile looking at their reaction'
I put the same smile and think: ' I hope with this I have both stabilized this clan and it's future and brought justice to the dead'
