His expression conveyed he held no a bit of respect and fondness towards perseus. Probably considered him a friend.
While his memories are gone, the reflexes of knowledge remain.
" He made a chair with wheels for Ryan. And he refused my hospitality. " Raul remembered finally.
It's not a defining memory. Perseus and Raul did not meet much. They had different hobbies, they moved in different circles.
