----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Read on mobile device for best experience. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having lost his parents at a young age and not having access to a home since it had burned to the ground after a sudden outburst of flames, Arthur was taken in by the council of sorcery. Not because they had felt sympathy for him but simply due to the fact that even though his parents had been burned to ashes, Arthur did not even have a single scratch on his body. Now intrigued by the boy, the council of sorcery sent their most obedient servant; the one they call “the inspector” to relocate Arthur into a prestigious school so that his strength could bloom so that they could have a powerful ally in the future. Even so, the council of sorcery commanded that the school treated him like trash. This was because Arthur’s parents were quite powerful in their prime and as such were sought after by the council of sorcery. Even though it was an amazing offer for Arthur’s parents, they refused which invoked the long lasting rage of the council of sorcery. In a world full of factions that try to sway the tides of power to their own side, Arthur must now learn how to grow strong so he could finally find the person who had killed his parents and get revenge for the years of torment that the council of sorcery had put him through. Although he just might get quite a bit more than he bargained for. —————————————————————————————————————————— Note: This story will be quite long since there are a lot of things that need to be covered in the story. Sadly though, I’m fueled by compliments so the more people that enjoy this novel, the more I can write. Schedule plan for this novel is 2 chapters a day, 1000+ words each or if does quite well, it will be moved up to 3 chapters a day (same number of words each). —————————————————————————————————————————— Hope you enjoy this novel though, happy reading.
"What?! That was only the first level?" Arthur asked himself as a much larger demon which had a full set of armour this time leaped in the ground while carrying dual blades.
"Have fun," said Lucifer as he planned on watching Arthur struggle with that battle.
The first battle had barely finished however now Arthur was expected to battle against a monster which was a supposedly stronger monster.
"This is going to be one hell of a battle," said Arthur to himself as he began to grit his teeth in regret as he wanted to figure himself out and not to torture himself. The goal was to discover more about himself and not to discover how to hurt himself more.
Even so, Arthur understood that his only hope of actually surviving the battle was to use his treasured blade. That being Excalibur.
Once taking out his blade, it began to transform into its true form as it was in the hands of its rightful owner.

…
…
Over the next few weeks, Arthur went into constant battles without taking a single break from his battles. Although he managed to survive, Arthur was covered in blood and bruises. His face couldn't even be seen clearly as it was filled with blood and cuts as well as a bruise on his right jaw.
"Congratulations on clearing level 99. Prepare for the final boss level. Level 100 incoming"
Hearing this, Arthur grew excited as he wanted to get out of the hell which he knew as the dungeon. Although his body could barely move, Arthur couldn't help but have a smile on his face as he was so close to escaping yet so far from his goal.
As Arthur began to try to calm his body, a figure appeared in the dungeon. That being a large figure which was a literal dragon which Arthur seemed happy about as he had a bigger target so he could at least land most of his attacks or at least that was what he thought. However in a calm manner, the dragon landed on the ground before lowering its neck as if it was acting like a staircase. In fact it was trying to imitate a staircase as a smaller figure walked down from the dragon to greet Arthur.
Unlike the other demons that Arthur had faced, this one was much leaner. He wasn't a big giant but instead the size of the average human. He was a sharp 6 foot tall and looked calm and collected. He wore a magnificent royal blue set of armour which was lined with gold on all its edges. The demon carried a bident which was pitch black but had a glowing red aura in the cracks on it.
"Wow," said Arthur and right as he said that, the demon basically teleported to Arthur before stabbing him in the chest with his bident.
"What happened?" Arthur asked himself as he began to lose life in his eyes and he fell on the ground.
"So fast. How am I supposed to defeat him? It's impossible," said Arthur as he laid on his back while bleeding.
"Why? Why am I so weak? I trained so much and for so long yet there's always someone stronger than me. Why can't I be the strongest?" Arthur whispered to himself before letting tears flow out of his eyes without making a single sound. In the moment, Arthur remembered what Yosel had said.
"You need to be confident that you can defeat your enemies so that you can use your dimension expansion."
"Oh that's right. Even so, there's no way for me to convince myself that I can defeat someone like this. It's over for me," said Arthur to himself.
…
…
…
"What am I thinking? It doesn't matter if I can believe that I can defeat him or not. Either way, I'll still die here. So what am I being so pathetic for?" Arthur asked himself before starting to laugh.
"I guess my only choice is to become ignorant. Maybe being arrogant isn't so bad," said Arthur while laughing.
"Dimension Expansion: Balance Break - Uneven Odds"
In that moment, Arthur felt perfect. There was nothing wrong with him. He was in the place where he felt in control. He felt as if he was the ruler of the entire world. As such, his dimension expansion had activated.
Arthur had caused the entire terrain to change as the hell simulator looking place was changed to something that could only be defined to be heaven itself.
It was as if Arthur as well as his enemy were taken into the sky where Arthur was presented with a crown over his head and had a cape behind his back. He was the absolute king.
As if in slow motion, Arthur began to caused the clouds in his dimension to wrap around the demon until they had completely surrounded him. Even so, the demon couldn't get out of them no matter how hard he tried as no one could have disobeyed Arthur's will.
After a moment, the clouds began to compress until it was the size of a bubble gum ball.
"It's over. Only I rule this world," said Arthur as he snapped his fingers which caused the ball to explode to which Arthur simply stood still while unfazed.
"Congratulations on clearing level 100. The dungeon has been cleared. Thank you for your participation," said the robotic voice to which Arthur deactivated his dimension expansion and slowly lowered himself on the ground to which he was now able to get his rewards from the dungeon.
That being the entire set of armour that the demon wore along with his bident which were all presented to Arthur.
"Wow, I mean I expected something but this does bring a smile on my face," said Arthur to which he picked up the armour and placed in his storage instead of wearing the armour as he could feel himself growing exhausted and was close to passing out. Along with the armour and bident, there was an endless amount of gold presented to Arthur which he also placed inside his storage area before leaving the dungeon with a smile on his face.
"Mission complete," said Arthur to himself with a smile on his face as he left the dungeon.
