Chapter Twelve: Day 3 with the Pertels Part 3
" As from now on, we're going to be best friends" she said and I looked at her surprised. She giggled happily
" But I'm afraid someone else has occupied that position" I said
" Then make room for two" she said and I smiled.
" Please. I want us to be besties, rule the world together" she said
" You're younger than me" I said
" Age doesn't matter" she said and I smiled. She clasped my hands in hers and squeeze it lightly.
" Let's promise each other, we'll always be at each other side" she said and I smiled.
" Wow! This is all happening so fast" I said
" Deal" she giggled
" But...I..I..."
" I'll start first" she said " I've had a crush on Jason before. Tell me yours"
" I haven't had feelings for anyone" I said and she looked at me , dumbfounded
" Haven't you dated before?" she asked
" Yes" I said " But I never really liked him. I was in a situation and dating him was the only remedy"
" And him?"
" Yes . He had serious feelings. He also wanted us to try sex but I disagreed. Then he left in search of his sexual pleasure and I caught him red-handed "
" Didn't you feel hurt, a bit?" she asked
" I was looking for something to get us out. I guess God heard my prayers " I said
" Favorite boy band" she smiled and I giggled
" I like BTS a lot " I said
" One direction are cool " she said
" Now let me ask. Who's your boyfriend?" I asked
" I don't have. But I plan on" she said
" Who's on your mind?" I giggled
" Preston" she said
" He's Brixan friend " I said
" He wouldn't mind " she said" He's cute, though "
" Worst moment " she said and we burst into laughter
" Ok. Well, I..." and a heavy knock interrupted us. I jumped off the bed and she burst out laughing.
" She's working in my room" Nissa said
" She should be snappy about it. My room is a mess" her elder brother said
" Kk" she said and we heard footsteps faintly. He must have left.
She threw a pillow at me and I giggled. I threw back at her and we were playing, really happy. " Nissa" Silvia called
" Huh?" she said
" Mum's downstairs. She has your stuffs"
" Really?" she screamed excited. " Wait here. I'll be back"
" No problem" I said and she closed the door behind her. I lay on her bed, face down and body lay flat on the bed, with my legs suspended in the air. I wore her headset for a while.
"Is this what you do?"I heard a voice
" Yeah. Nissa, you have to hear this. I..." I turned around, only to nearly get an heart attack. He was grinning so bad.
" Well, I'll..." he said and I found myself within the speed of light, I placed a finger on his lip. We were so close I hadn't noticed. He stared intently at me. His eyes searched mine. His expression was so soft and innocent.
" Please don't tell. I beg you" I said and he smiled. I was short of breath. He was freakingly handsome.
" Then, youll do something for me" and I sighed.
" What?" I asked
"Every night, you'll stroke my hair so I can fall asleep" he said
" But.."
" Besides, you're my maid. I just want it solid, that's all" he said
" Ok" I said " I accept" and he smiled.
I felt my heart leap when he wrapped his hands around my waist and turned me around, swiftly.
" Yeah" he answered
" What are you doing in Nissa's room?" Silvia asked
" Well,...." he said
" Nissa" she yelled, leaving " Brixan's in your room"
I stood like a statue as I felt his body come closer to mine. He placed his head on my shoulder and whispered.
" You owe me" he said and I felt myself hold my breath. His fingers made contact with my hair and ear as he tucked my hair behind my ear. I slowly removed his hand.
" I...I...ha.. have to go" I stammered and rushed out of the room while he watched me with a smile.
