Noah Vs The Mutated Vampire

"what the hell do you think you are doing?!" Alex asked in shock at the same time, he ran at full speed holding Noah's hand trying to prevent him from striking Catherine. All Catherine could do was watch, as she was too weak to say a spell.

"You dare stop me!" Noah said angrily and with a flick of his right arm, he tossed Alex's body to the side.

THUD!

It was a full force causing Alex's body to crash to a tree due to the impact. Noah naturally had a strength that was far greater than Alex's and his silver armour made him stronger.

"Do you think you need to do that!" Alex said angrily and by accident, he swung his claws in the air and from the tip of all his claws,a red like aura left coming straight at Noah with full speed.

Noah placed his sword in front of him preventing the attack from touching him.

"What the hell is that," Noah said furiously.

"You want to know," Alex said and this time his entire hand was now covered in a form of red aura, his eyes were now red and his fangs were showing, "you would have to kill me to find out."

"With pleasure," Noah said smiling and then looked at the helpless Catherine on the floor and said to her, "your own death can wait."

Noah then pressed a device that looked like a watch at his right wrist and informed Gary of something. Strangely it sounded like a whisper to Alex and he couldn't hear a thing.

With a snarl, Alex's hands turned into a blur as he charged towards Noah, the red aura trailing behind him like a fiery tail. Noah's eyes narrowed, and he gripped his sword with both hands, preparing to block Alex's attack. Alex lunged forward, swinging his aura-covered hand at Noah's neck. Noah ducked and spun, bringing his sword up to block the attack. The two weapons collided with a clang that echoed across the clearing. Sparks flew, and the force of the impact sent both men stumbling back.

"It seems like you have gotten stronger in this place. Only if you were this strong, you wouldn't have entered that bargain with the king," Noah taunted, angered Alex more.

"Your Vampire rules sucks!" Alex said, the red aura this time had turned to a long condensed spear.

He threw as fast and strong as possible heading for Noah.

THUD!

Noah's body was sent backward by the force of the impact. It wasn't that he lacked the ability to defend himself; rather, his curiosity drove him to experience or potentially acquire this power. He hesitated, wanting to understand if it caused pain. Remaining motionless, he observed the approaching attack before realizing it was aimed at his heart area. Attempting to evade, he placed his right hand to block, only to be astonished as the attack penetrated his armor, forcing his body to recoil and collide with a tree.

"What are you?" Noah said, it had been a while since somebody pushed him beyond his limit.

"You'll never know," Alex said, "this was a gift given to me by someone maybe I can use it to show you all that I am not a weak Vam-"

"You are no Vampire!" Noah said angrily, interrupting Alex's speech, "you are another thing entirely and worst of all, you are a threat to my kind, I must put you down."

Noah then pressed the watch like device on his right wrist and was about to convey a message. "Gary, Noah is a... Never mind."

He ended the message and then looked at Alex and said, "that power I want it. How did you get it, tell me." Saying the next words his eyes glow red as he was trying to control Alex using the mind control ability, "I command you!"

"You see that's one thing about my new self. I can't be mind controlled by any Vampire," Alex stated proudly, "but there is one person who can make me go blank for sometime, it's my creator."

"Creator?" Noah said confused.

"Yes a creator, someone made me like this," Alex replied, "but you are not going to see him and he wouldn't even help you,"

The next second Alex dashed towards Noah at full speed. Noah took the fight this time seriously. Alex sent out several red attacks towards Noah.

Noah using his sword block all of them successfully. 'he is able to match up with my speed even wearing this armour,' Noah thought worried.

Alex stopped for a bit trying to catch a breath, these powers really took a toil on him and he would be needing blood very soon; human blood. So he decided to reserve his energy for the latter.

Noah seeing this attacked him, he swung his sword aiming for the vampires neck. The Vampire boy dodged by moving his head backwards slightly. He twisted his hips upward and kicked Noah's helmet as hard as possible. Noah's body lost balance for a second and the next thing Noah sent a kick of his own to Alex's stomach.

Alex blocked the attack by crossing his forearm, but the kick still jolted his body back and before he could react the tree he was supposed to crash into, Noah was there. It happened so fast and before Alex could react, Noah's sword pierced his abdomen from behind, he then slammed Alex's face onto the ground.

Noah pulled his sword and said, "even for a Vampire that would be nearly impossible to heal from." He said moving towards Catherine.

Alex seeing this got angry, to his own surprise the wound instantly healed up. He stood and said to Noah, whose back was facing him.

"You are wrong, I am no Vampire," Alex said, "I am a Mutated Vampire."

Alex's palms began to glow a deep red, with the light intensifying until it felt as if the very air was on fire. Suddenly, a wave of energy shot out from his hands, hitting Noah with the force of a hurricane. When the dust settled, Alex could see that Noah's body had been split in two, the upper half lying motionless on the ground. Alex felt a strange sense of satisfaction, knowing that he had eliminated a threat to himself. But something inside him was unsettled, a feeling of regret and remorse. What had he just done?

[Minion 3 Has Killed!]

[1000 EXP Acquired]

[EXP: 1,000/25,600]

'Alex, what have you done,' Miller thought the worst.
