Brian pulled his truck up to the pet store in his neighbourhood. They had just finished up at Elise's apartment, and her bag for the weekend was sitting in the trunk. Getting out and walking up to the door to pull it open for Elise.

"You look so out of place," Elise said as she grabbed a cart.

Brian glanced at her with a raised brow.

"When was the last time you went shopping?"

"Two weeks ago," Brian said.

"Yeah? What did you buy?"

"A plane."

Elise paused looking at him in surprise. "You are joking?"

Brian shook his head with a soft laugh. "No. But it wasn't a personal shopping trip. It was for the company. Here let me push that." He stepped up to the cart and began to push it towards the dog section.
