As I look in the mirror at the new identity I've created. I stare at the silver eyes that are the only part of myself I'm keeping. My silver hair has been replaced with a black that makes it look like a shadow. I still have a slender frame but I have less muscle than normal. My skin is pale like a ghost. It contrasts the tannish skin I had on my planet Gillim.

"Hope everything goes well. "I whisper to myself.

"Arriving at destination in thirty minutes." A familiar voice says over the speaker system. I walk out of my room and come face to face with my Knight Oryza. Her new identity has purple hair and red eyes. She has the body of a runner. Her skin is a nice tan that compliments her body type. And to be honest I think this body fits her.

"How have you been, Oryza?" I ask her.

"As good as I can be." She answers. She sounds exhausted. I look down the hallway and it's empty.

"Would you like to use one of my rooms?" I ask rubbing in between my eyes.

"I don't think that will be necessary."She states. She looks away from me and walks away with a frown on her face.

"You don't have to be my knight!" I yell after her. "I've lost a lot of important people." I mumble to myself before I shut the door and get in my bed.

I close my eyes and fall asleep thinking of why I need a new identity.

I'm surrounded by snow as far as the eye can see. I can't see anything but the white that is blanketing the world around me. Suddenly a hand reaches out to me and I fall deep into the snow. I'm falling for so long that I lose track of time and I land on the ground with a bone-shattering thump. I feel numb to the pain and the mere thought of moving makes every muscle in my body scream.

But in the hole, I look up and see the night sky. It's the only color around me that isn't white. I see it and I feel that the world is in my grasp. Then the wind picks up and that darkness is swallowed up by the white leaving me in my prison of ice and snow. It feels like I'm dying and a glowing ring appears over my head. I don't see it, I just feel it. I blow out a breath and fire takes the place of fog. It circles around. Creating complex shapes before settling down in front of me. It provides me with some comfort before it's swallowed by the wind.

I think of my mother and how she must be feeling. Her little prince lost during one of the worst blizzards in recorded history. I think of what my dad is feeling. Since his son is gone when he's supposed to be playing in the backyard.

The wind picks up. I want to stop it. I want to allow myself to be found. I don't want to be alone in the cold. The thought sends a tear down my cheek. One turns to two then ten as I begin to bawl my eyes out.

"Mom" I cry. I want to be in her arms as she lays me to sleep. I want her to tell me everything's alright. I want to see my dad. I want him to teach me how to defend myself. How to dress. I want to talk to him about my friends and what I learned today. I want him to be proud of me as he hears about how I won my first fight. As I let out my emotions and thoughts I'm surrounded by silence. Then I hear footsteps as a shadow looks down the hole and stares into my soul.

I wake up from my dream with a jolt and my chest feels like it's on fire. I jump out of bed and run to the bridge of the ship.

I see a planet that's green and has a vast ocean. It looks beautiful but I can tell that It's been through many battles. My destination, Earth. Oryza is sitting in a chair with her harness over her chest.

"Get ready to land," I tell the pilot of my ship. He doesn't respond but nods as we get ready to enter the planet's atmosphere. As we entered the atmosphere we were met with 5 missiles. We dodge one as it exploded and dive quickly closing in on an ocean. The other missiles following close behind us. The pilot jerks the controls up and we come out of the dive. One missile hits the water and explodes while the other hits the ceiling and blows it to pieces.

I run over and place my hands on the controls. The ship is slowly trying to repair itself. Before I hear a beep and a sound I didn't want to be hearing.

"Biometrics not authorized." The ship states right as the last missile hits us. The missile hits our thruster and we are sent forward by the shockwave. I look in front of us and see that we're coming up on some land and sadly it's a forest.

"Were gonna crash!" I yell running to Oryza. I unbuckle her and we run towards the back of the ship. The ship crashes and sends everything towards the front. Furniture slams to the ground as we're left dangling over the edge of a cliff. I grab a door handle to try and stop myself from falling. I hold onto it until it breaks sending me towards the front. The ship goes over the side of the cliff with me on the front of it waiting for it to hit the ground.
