Cordial

After spending some time with Armen, and making sure she was asleep, I quietly headed downstairs. Sylvia and Vivia were both waiting for me.

Vivia in particular had a rather concerned look.

"Are we going to war?" She said.

"Most likely," I said. "And we're already sort of at war."

Though it was probably going to take months before the enemy fully united and started thrashing our borders.

"And… are you going to become human?" she said, almost whispering.

Huh?

Had she… had she heard our conversations? No, Sylvia was here with her and they should have stayed down here. So-

Hmm… she predicted the girl would… hmm… Yeah, I didn't know what to say or do anymore.

"Let me," Vivia said. "Let me go back to being normal. I've had enough of a break. I want to feel again," she said. It came out a bit suddenly but we already knew she wanted this.

"You won't be just you."

"I'm fine with that."
