Not A Very Friendly Conversation

"What the hell," Kisu said as she stood behind me with Shoto and Denki by her sides. "Yuno-kun, what are talking to Izuku-san about?"

"What am I talking about?" I tilted my head to the side. "Oh, Izuku was just asking what the best plan would be for his exam against All Might." I wrapped my arm around Izuku and smiled at him, a threatening smile that told him if he said a single damn thing, I'd probably kill someone close to him.

"Gomen(sorry)," I continued on. "Did you need me for something? It's like everybody wants me for something today. Although, today is exam day."

"Ohhh, sugoi(amazing)!" Denki said. "Does that mean you'll help me and Kisu-chan figure out a plan?"

"…iie(no),"

"NoOoOoOoOo,"

"Denki-kun, yamete(stop),"

"Hai(yes)."

Kisu looked at me with an expression she always gave my parents. Honestly, it's kind of scary. Her, herself, is scary.

"I was wondering," Kisu put her hands together and completely changed her attitude. "Yuno-kun, I know everybody has been wanting to talk to you, but I also need to have a little bit of a conversation with you."

I changed my threatening smile to Izuku. Instead, I smiled brightly and looked at Kisu. "Of course, I'm free now, so we can talk if you want."

We stared at each other with smiles covering our glares and intense auras. I think we may have scared Izuku and Denki in doing so.

"I also need to talk." Shoto raised his hand. "Kisu-chan and I would like to talk sooner then later."

"Man, everybody just needs my attention today, huh? I mean, I can't be in two places at once."

Shoto joined in on the intense aura, staring thing. He obviously needed to talk as well. Maybe they wanted to talk about the same topic.

"Alright, Izuku-san, we can continue this conversation later, okay?" I said as I pulled my arm off his shoulders and pushed him toward the door, back inside the surveillance room. "Alright, what do you want? I don't have all day?"

Kisu's eye twitched in irritation as she stared at me with her hands pointing at me. "Are you retarded or something?"

"Maybe. It depends on what you're asking about?"

"Oh, I'll give you a question. Why are you blatantly blurting out our identities? Izuku-san is a two-faces goody-two shoes. It wouldn't matter if you threaten him, he still will report us."

He won't have the balls to report us." I tilted my head and ruffled my hair while Kisu stared at me like I was an idiot.

"How do you know?" Denki asked. "Dude, Izuku-san definitely has the balls to do so. Did you see him at the festival? My god, you fought against him."

"And he was a wimp. I'm guessing you didn't see him during the time I threatened the entire class."

"He actually stood up to you." Shoto pointed out. "I think he does have the 'balls' to do so."

"Are we talking about Izuku-kun?" Toga asked as she came walking out of the surveillance room.

On the topic of Toga, she had recently changed her hero costume. She still had the support item I made her but her clothes were different. She wore a black shirt and a black skirt. Black socks that came up to her thighs. Lastly, a red and gray jacket. And her support item went right on top.

"Yeah, we're talking about 'Izuku-kun.'" Kisu rolled her eyes. "And Mr. I-Shall-Tell-All-My-Secrets here just started spouting out our business at broccoli boy."

"'Broccoli boy?'" Toga asked as she put a finger to her chin.

"Oh, now you've done it." I shook my head and plugged my ears, preparing for Toga to ramble about Izuku.

"Kisu-chan, are we nicknaming everyone? I wanna join in on this! I have a lot of nicknames for everyone!"

"I- uh- please, don't call me whatever nickname you come up with. I'm perfectly fine with the nickname I have now."

"Don't worry, the nickname will be really cute!"

"No, I'm fine really. Please don't fucking say anything more!"

Kisu started running away from Toga, plugging her ears and not wanting to hear the weird nicknames Toga comes up with. Did I make a mistake is choosing the wrong girlfriend?

"Yuno-kun," Shoto tapped my shoulder. "About what I wanted to talk about."

"Oh, right. All of you wanted to talk. I'm not sure why everyone needs me today."

"Eheheh," Denki laughed and rubbed the back of his head, looking sweatdropped. "Yeah, um, remember when I asked to have your phone?"

"You went through something, didn't you?"

"I wasn't trying to do anything to get information for some weird evil plan, but when you were in the bathroom, I walked by and heard a girl speaking to you. And then Shoto went inside after seeing me eavesdropping."

"Y'know," I tilted my head back and rubbed my head. "You guys can just ask me about this instead of going through my phone."

"Wait, you're saying we could've just asked? We didn't have to go through your phone to get answers out of you?"

"Like you said, you could've just asked. But you never did."

"Ah-" I could tell Denki's words were gone. It was written all over his face. That look of stupidity. His expression said that he was a dummy and he should've just asked before he went through my phone.

"I think you're still hiding something," Shoto said.

I stared at Shoto as he stared back at me. Now, look who's playing detective. Denki backed away from us. He might've been thinking we would explode from the intense pressure of the aura we were giving off.

"Alright, smart guy," I said. "What could I possibly be hiding?"

"You said her name is Kiera. She said someone named 'Onisuka' had a job for you after the exams. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Did you get an actual job and try to live regularly? Or did join another shadowy group since you pissed off the league?"

"The second one. And what makes you think I'd try to live like a normal person? I'm not capable of that. That was out of my reach the moment I was born. Besides, money doesn't grow on trees."

I waved my dismissively and headed back into the surveillance room. Before the doors coul open, Shoto grabbed my wrist and stopped me from walking away.

"Your exam," he said, locking eyes with me. "That's what's affecting you. That's why you've been acting differently. Ever since it was mentioned that you'd be fighting your mother, you haven't been acting as yourself. Weren't you the one who said not to bottle up emotions? That's a hypocritical move if you're bottling things up and you tell others not to."

I looked at the grip Shoto had in my wrist, then looked up and back at him. "And you think you're any different?"

Shoto flinched at comeback I gave him. Of course he was shocked. Because he knows that he does the exact same things. His mother is still in the hospital and his father is in Tartarus, where dangerous criminals are kept. He worries for his mother. He's afraid of Endeavor escaping Tartarus.

"Do you seriously think that you're any different from me?" I asked again. "What makes you think that you can scold me about something you do as well? That seems pretty hypocritical if you ask me."

I yanked my wrist away from Shoto and walked toward him, getting so close, we were nose-to-nose even as he backed away.

"Shoto-kun, I care for you. You're my friend. And when I care for a friend, I do so as if they're family. That is how I live my life. If they aren't my friend, then, at some point, they die. But you are crossing a line when you say that I'm hypocritical."

Shoto backed into a wall, no longer having any other path to back away on. He looked over to the side, as if he was trying to get out of being cornered. I slammed my hand onto the wall, keeping him from getting away from the conversation.

"You guys," Denki said. "Shouldn't we do this another time? We're in the middle of exams. We can do this at home."

"Just wait," I held a handout to Denki, telling him to stop talking. "If you think you can simply question my authority and business, then you've got another thing coming. Remember, I the one who freed you from that miserable life of yours. I prefer not to go back in n my promised and deals, but I can dump you back where you started."

Shoto didn't answer. He may have been too shocked to even speak. Perhaps that threat wasn't something we was expecting.

"We'll continue this talk later, after the exams," I sighed and pulled my hand away from the wall, allowing Shoto a path. "I'm warning you, friend, fuck with me again and you'll be stuck on the path of hell for a while."

Shoto avoided eye contact and took a few steps away from the wall before turning back to me. "You may have had a different story, but we're all still humans. There's only so much we can do as humans."

POV Shoto

I don't think Yuno has been doing very well. He's making it obvious that things have been difficult for him. Not to mention, the Stain incident may still be in his mind. Although, he's completely fine with killing. It was most likely the fact that Stain was bad-mouthing him.

"Now that I think about it, you were there when the Stain incident happened, right?" Denki asked as we sat in one of the waiting rooms. "I'm hosu, right? They Stain was found dead with the number two heroes standing near his body. People keep saying that Stain must've been pretty annoying if hey had to completely shut him down and kill him."

"That's just a cover up," I shook my head, thinking of the time when the chief of police scolded us.

"Why haven't you guys told me anything about that? I have a real big feeling that it wasn't the Shadow duo. I actually think it might've been Yuno-kun."

"What makes you think that?"

"Because ever since he came back from his internship, he's been acting as if he's been insulted and he's reliving something. Besides, heroes aren't allowed to kill and Yuno-kun isn't really a hero."

"Despite your quality of stupidly, you're actually pretty smart."

"Hey! One For All has done me a real good job lately. I don't go dead brain whenever I use my Quirk! My question is why didn't you just fake care of Aizawa then and there."

"Do you want us to get found out? You have to remember that Yuno-kun was the one who basically freed us from that life of misery. He could easily take it away too. If he finds out that people discovered we have One For All, then it'll be our head that he'll be after."

Denki slumped in his seat, holding his hand up in the air and a sweatdropped expression n his face. "I'm sorry."

The door was slammed open as Denki apologized. Kisu stood in her hero costume, a scowl on her face and a very happy Toga munching on her ear. Kisu reached back and grabbed Toga's collar. She leaned forward and threw Toga into her ground, hard, like she was pissed off.

She then came over to the table Denki and I were sitting at and grabbed Denki by the collar.

"Baka! Where have you been?! Our exam is about to start and you're having a friendly conversation about that damned Hero Killer? Hurry up and get you're ass out!"

Kisu dragged Denki out, leaving me and Toga. The blond vampire then stood up, did a little bounce, then left.

"I need to find my boyfriend!"
