Chapter 2 - Mysterious Woman

Summer has finally ended and students are finally enrolling back in school to study. One of them is Ace Kien Fiera, an eighteen years old guy who is studying at the Academy of Mastavo. He is the corporate heir to their family business which is known for its good production of goods and related services in the economy. He is living such a good and happy life which is why he intends to continue having this until he grows older and has a family of his own.

Right now, Ace is currently driving towards the Academy to fix some papers for his leave next month for a meeting abroad. His father will be taking him that month since he is planning to introduce him to his colleagues in another country. So, he wanted him to finish all the things that has to be done so, they would not hinder the scheduled departure.

It only took a minute when Ace was already in front of the Academy. He noticed a lot of students at the front gate. It was as if they were waiting and when they saw him get out of the car, he heard them start squealing as they ran in his direction. That is only when he found out that he was the reason why they were outside waiting.

"Kyaaaah!" Everyone shouted in unison.

"Ace, please take a picture with me." The girl with pigtails said.

"No! With me Ace." The girl from the right said. The woman was wearing a see-through top and a short A-line skirt in school which is why Ace cannot help but notice her and compliment her in his mind.

How bold.

"No! Me. I saw you in the magazine and you look gorgeous." The girl from the left said. The woman was wearing a plunging sweetheart neckline dress.

Ace simply sighed as his reaction. This will never get old. This often happens to him all the time. Ace doesn't get startled or surprised anymore about this kind of situation. However, he still gets irritated when this usually happens to him.

"Please, excuse me." Ace coldly said and tried to walk away.

"Awww." They all protested but, in the end, they gave way so that he could leave. Ace is cold towards his admirers. Well, there is only one reason why he is like that. Because he knows that they are only approaching him because they see him as a thing, not a person, and he hates people like that the most but from time to time he still plays with girls when he is bored.

"Thanks." Ace said waving without even looking at them.

"Oh. My god! He waved at me." The girl said with a pink hairband and again they all argue because of that. From his point of view, that was very fun to watch but he doesn't have time today to give a damn. Ace continued to walk and headed toward the teacher's office. On his way, he heard a sound of a heel. It was so loud that it made him stop.

Where did that come from?

*Clack* *Clack* *Clack*

The sound was heading towards him though he doesn't know which direction where it was coming from. He tried to look around, searching where it was coming from and right at the corner, a girl got out of a room. The woman was wearing a white lace shift dress with sleeves. It was paired with a white stiletto. She has this short straight hair fitted to her small face. Her skin is flawless and her body is beyond compare. However, she has a very cold demeanor. He had a glimpse of her unwavering eyes but it changed when their eyes met. It looked like she realized something after seeing him and he was taken aback. Yet, after a second, it changed back to being blank.

Is she studying here?

Despite describing her, Ace didn't notice that she already passed right through him. He was mesmerized by her beauty and even forgot to breathe for a second.

"Does she know me?" He whispered, thinking that she might by the way she acted. Ace cannot help but think if she is one of the girls he has partied with within a club or if he has fucked somewhere out of a sudden drive of lust.

"Hey... Miss." He called and to his surprise, she turned her head to face him. Her calm face when she was walking before had already changed.

Now, she looks... terrifying.

"What?" She asked with an irritated tone but just by looking at her, he can't start to talk.

"Do" She took one step

"You" And another

"Have" And another one

"A Problem?" and the last one. She tilted her head after that. She was close to him, an inch away from his face to be exact but he didn't mind that. However, she suddenly grabbed the collar of his shirt carelessly.

What the hell is she doing?

Doing this to a guy, she must be out of her mind.

"Don't underestimate me." Ace said smirking at her but while saying that, his voice cracked at the end which made the woman scoff.

"Oh yeah? Are you not afraid?" She asked while coming even closer to his face. Her eyes were completely blank and her voice was so cold that it sends shivers through his spine.

Yet, Ace began to wonder why she has those kinds of pair of eyes.

"Don't bother me again if you don't want any trouble." She said and finally let go which left him staring at her as she walks away from the corridors of the third building.

"Ace talked to that dangerous girl?" A girl suddenly appeared behind him which made him startled. When he looked at her, she was looking at him pouting like a child. The woman was wearing a yellow socialite plunging lace romper, paired with a white pair of wedge sandals.

"Ava." He called sighing as he massaged the temples of his forehead.

"Come here." The man said trying to get near the woman but she talked once again.

"Don't come near her. She beats people." She said when he was about to pinch her face and those words echoed in his head.

"Beat people?" Ace asked dumbfounded but laughed hard a few seconds later.

"Beat up people?!" Ace said again as he continued to laugh. He was trying to break the tension in the air since she looked really serious. After he calmed down, he went closer to the woman and petted her hair.

"I'm a guy. She can't beat me." He added but Ava stopped him from what he was doing and shove his hand away from her.

"My bad, I did not say that right. She beats people until they die... for fun."

"Ace, she's dangerous!" She said with a sense of warning in her voice. She is worried for him.

"Don't come near her again." She added and so he had no choice but to nod.

"Okay, I will never let my little sister feel anxious again." Ace answered which made the woman smile in return.

"But Ace, how come you don't know her?"

"It seems that Ace does not even know people, especially girls. Compare to me, I know everyone here." She said all of a sudden which made her giggle and run away immediately while sticking out her tongue.

"Do shut up!" Ace shouted with an irritated tone. He wasted enough time talking already. He still has to finish all those letters that needed to be submitted so, he hurried to the office without looking back at his sister who have run away from him.
