It was unknown if the genes had personally been harvested by the Grand-Envoy or she had used an insanely amount of money to purchase such a weapon.
Despite its delicate nature, the rod was actually a Grade-7 nuclear weapon!
Such weapon has other names, such as the Destroyer, the Vaporizer and the Cleanser. Simply because once used at full power and feed with the necessary amount of nuclear points, only an attack similar to an Atomic Bomb could off put it.
