Before she could finish her sentence Maximo injected her with Midazolam injection(Midazolam injection is used to produce sleepiness or drowsiness and relieve anxiety before surgery or certain procedures).

Then after that Maximo gathered all things he needed and started the operation effectively.C-section was the only method to be best used instead of vaginal delivery because of some medical reasons.

The operation was going Fine and good,it when on for minutes and more than a hour but finally was over

During the operation Vincent got tired of waiting and went to grab a drink but on his way out,Alec was already done with his treatment and was feeling relieved of his pain.

The doctor left and then Alec sighted Vincent passing by his ward and he stood up rapidly just to follow him from the behind in an intention of a pay back.
Vincent did notice he was following but didn't react and just wanted to see what he would do.Alec who was meant to be resting was still bitter about what happened to him and all he was thinking about was pay back and pay back.His nuts where still paining him so he was limping but faster like limping a run to catch up to vincent.He caught up to Vincent and was throwing a punch which Vincent dodged,on throwing that punch he lost his balance and fell right infront of Vincent.
