"Shit!" Fatty cursed, not knowing what happened. Sensing something to his right, Fatty raised his shield, only for a metal sound to ring out.

"Nice reactions." a Voice sounded out from around Fatty. "You won't always be this lucky."

"Who's there! Reveal yourself!" Fatty yelled out, his guard raised to the max at this invisible enemy.

*Slice*

One of Fatty's teammate's head flew through the air before rolling to Fatty's feet. 'Fuck!' Fatty cursed internally. Fatty could see the events happen, but his body couldn't react quick enough.

Although Fatty reached A-Rank, he's still on the lower side. Not to mention, Fatty's only good 'stat' would be durability, followed by strength.

Thinking quickly, Fatty commands his team, his expression tense. "Exit the gate!" He cries out before they all move to the gate. They were quite close to it as the had just entered.

Just as Fatty reached the gate, he spots his teammates stopping before falling to the ground. 'Shit.' Not stopping, Fatty exits the gate, hoping to receive help from the Association's agents outside. But it's all for naught as he spots the dead bodies around the gate.

Fatty pulls out his phone, still running away. "Boss.." He speaks in between his breath.

"What do you think you're doing?!" a Man appears next to Fatty and strikes the phone away from him.

Fatty chuckled. "It's too late." He spoke, enraging the assassin.

*Fwoosh!*

The assassin's blade cuts through the air, aimed at Fatty's relaxed neck. 'How can he be relaxed after a call?'

*Ting.*

Before anyone could react, the assassin's dagger flew through the air as Mori stood in front of Fatty, his expression already telling the tales of the death of this assassin.

"How the fuck did yo-!" The assassin yelled out before a fist struck his mouth, causing a shit load of teeth to fly out. "Wha le fuck?" He spoke after finding himself on the ground.

"Who are you?" Mori spoke, calmly standing above the assassin. "Why did you target my Guild?" His voice menacing.

The assassin sneered. "I ain't thelling you thit!" He spat blood.

"I see." Mori nodded. 'I can't just outright kill him. Although I want to... All it'll accomplish is tarnish my reputation.' He thinks before holding out his staff. "Hold this." He said to the assassin before dropping his staff.

Reacting quickly, the assassin holds his arms out, ready to catch the staff in a benching posture.

*Crack!*

The assassin's eyes widen as he held the staff. It had kept falling even after he caught it and only stopped after it crushed his chest, breaking a few ribs.

Mori had been lenient enough to alter the weight so not to crush the poor fool. Turning around, Mori walks to Fatty. "You good?" He asks, helping the man stand up.

"Ye, but the team..." Fatty spoke in a low tone, his eyes looking towards the gate.

Mori shakes his head. "It's fine." He muttered, patting Fatty's shoulder before pulling out his phone and calling someone.

---

Chairman Go Gunhee put his phone down, massaging his temples. "Jinchul." He spoke to the man standing at his side. "I need you to go somewhere." He said as Jinchul simply nods.

---

Mori ends the call and looks at the gate. Suddenly a clone appears next to him before nodding and entering the gate.

The clone enters the gate and picks up his guild member's bodies before exiting the gate and gently putting them on the ground. Without saying a word, the clone enters the gate again and stood still at the entrance.

Summoning a staff, the clone levitates it in front of him, pointing it in the direction of the dungeon. "Grow."

---

After a few minutes of waiting, Mori spots a black car pulling up towards them.

Exiting the car, Jinchul spots the scene in front of him. Corpses laying on the ground with Mori sitting idly on the ground.

Walking towards Mori he greets. "Good afternoon Mr. Jin. I was sent by Chairman Go Gunhee."

Mori nods at the man. "I want this man's identity." He spoke simply, nodding towards the struggling assassin below his staff.

Jinchul pulls out a tablet and points the camera towards the assassin's face.

*Click.*

The tablet takes a picture before scanning the face. Not long after, the identity of the assassin pops onto the screen. "Here." Jinchul handed the tablet to Mori.

Looking at the screen, Mori hums, searching for something specific. And it didn't take him long to find it. "Vulture Guild..." Mori mutters before fiddling on the tablet, looking for information on the guild that dared attack his.

"..." Jinchul frowned at the sight, but let him be. He had been tasked in cooperating with Jin Mori to the best of his anilities.

"Bingo." Mori scrolls through the Guild's information. "Your guild's pretty strong eh?" Mori stood up and walked towards the assassin. "Are you going to speak now?" He asks, bending down before touching his staff.

"Fuck off." The assassin grunted.

"I thought so." Mori spoke, a smile blooming on his face. "I want you to go to your Guild Master and give him this." Mori suddenly put a piece of paper on the assassin's chest and lifts the staff off of him.

'What?' The assassin's mind worked in overdrive, feeling himself set free. 'I'll first use stealth then-' Before more thoughts could start, Jin Mori places his hand on the assassin's head, staring directly into his eyes.

"Look." Mori demanded as his eyes turned yellow.

As if in a trance, the assassin couldn't break the eye contact. a Few seconds of staring passed as the assassin started feeling weak... Extremely so. This feeling snapped him back to reality as he pushed Mori's hand away.

"What the fuck did you do?!" The assassin cried out, struggling to stand up.

Mori chuckled at the sight. "I healed you." He spoke, looking at the assassin's healed mouth and ribs. "And I took away your powers."

Those words hung in the air as the other three people present couldn't comprehend what he just said.

"W-What?" The assassin stumbled. Lifting up his arm, he clenches it and releases it, feeling the weakness in his grip. Dread overwhelmed him quickly. He had nothing else. Without his powers, he was nothing. "I'll kill you!" He declared, running to Mori, stabbing at the S-Rank's heart.

Mori watched on peacefully as the dagger reaches him and stops. It couldn't pierce his skin. Pushing the fool out of his way, Mori turned to Jinchul. "Clean this up." He said before walking off with Fatty and the corpses of his Guild members.

---

It had been a few days after the incident. The media had not rested in covering the sad story that resulted in the deaths of Heaven's Equal's Hunters.

Mori could be seen walking through the streets at night, glancing around before spotting what he was looking out for. "This is the last one..." He mutters, walking towards a house before knocking on the door.

*Knock knock.*

"Coming!" an Old female voice comes from within the house.

As the door opens, Mori spots an elderly woman with an apron. Looking closely, he could spot the red marks circling the woman's eyes. "I'm sorry." Mori spoke, bowing in front of the woman. "Due to my negligence, Hunter Hana lost her life." He simply cut to the chase, knowing that if he tried beating around the bush, it wouldn't help.

*Slap!*

"You bastard! I don't want your sorry! I want my daughter back!" The woman cries out, holding her hand after slapping Mori.

The noise caused the woman's husband to come to the door. Understanding what happened, the man silently nods at Mori, who was still bowing, before holding his wife and closing the door.

Mori had been through these reactions as he went to the family members to apologize. Some had understood that it wasn't his fault, but others just couldn't handle the grief of losing their family so suddenly.

"Let's just go to bed." Mori sighs, his cheek slightly burning as he suppressed his powers so the woman wouldn't break her hand.
