Vol. 05 Ch. 13 – Marine Disgrace

Garp: "Oh !? Almost fell asleep. What was that? " Garp, who had opened his eyes, immediately continued eating the rice cake in his hand.

Marines: "Impel Down's Monitor Room is still unavailable. The possibility of escaped prisoners has already taken control of it. " The Marines who had been standing behind Garp waited until he woke up again.

Garp: "Keep trying to contact them or try to contact Magellan's Denden Mushi. Also, make sure to give a full report to Marineford periodically. " The Marines who heard Garp's orders immediately move to execute them.

All Vice-Admiral Garp's subordinates are accustomed to his nature so they are not surprised and just carry out their activities as usual. But unlike the calm situation on the battleship of Vice-Admiral Garp, the situation at Impel Down was chaotic.

Chief Warden Magellan, whose body returns to normal, wants to chase after Arthur until he catches ART Pirates even though he has to go alone. The guards of course tried to stop him. Meanwhile, Admiral Kizaru, who still had the Sea Stone bracelet on his leg, tried to contact Marineford with Denden Mushi in the Monitor Room.

Borsalino: "Hm ... that's just right ... Moshi-Moshi ... Moshi-Moshi ..." This time Kizaru's call was successfully connected to Sengoku.

Borsalino: "If it weren't for this then I would have caught that boy." Kizaru replied while pointing at the Sea Stone bracelet in his leg.

Garp: "I've told you many times not to rely on your Devil Fruit power alone." Garp sat in front of Kizaru and asked the guard on duty for tea.

Admiral Kizaru and Vice-Admiral Garp sat together and had a leisurely drink of tea. Vice-Admiral Garp asked Admiral Kizaru about Arthur's strength, who felt it after their fight. Chief Warden Magellan also joined the two of them after he regained his calm. He gave an update on the Impel Down situation and inquired about Fleet Admiral Sengoku's decision after what happened at Impel Down.

Borsalino: "… So his real target was to free Belo Betty?" Kizaru asked after hearing Magellan's words.

Garp: "Bwahahaha… I never thought that Dragon would ask Arthur for help. Is it true that Arthur became the Chief of Staff as I heard in East Blue? " Garp asked and think about that with rice cakes in his teeth.

Magellan: "I'm willing to shoulder everything that happened this time. The incident this time is worse than the incident of Shiki running away. " Magellan lowered his head feeling guilty on his shoulders because of the position of Chief Warden he had.

After the bad impact of Arthur's mischief at Impel Down was resolved, Admiral Kizaru and Vice-Admiral Garp returned to Marineford. Especially the devil fruit that belonged to the level six prisoners who were killed by Arthur. If the devil fruit reappears and falls in the hands of the Yonko, then there will definitely be a big problem.

The sun was starting to rise, the Rear Admiral and Vice-Admiral who were scattered on the Grand Line again gathered at Marineford because of a call from Fleet Admiral Sengoku. This unusual sight for the members of the low-level Marines made them gather at the port to be able to witness the strongest men in the Marine. One by one the warships docked at Marineford harbor and the big names Rear Admiral and Vice-Admiral appeared before the Marine members who were waiting at the port.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku of course had reported this incident to the Gorosei and was berated by them for something worse than the escape of Shiki the Lion from Impel Down tarnishing the names of the Marines and the World Government. If Shiki the Lion only escaped from Impel Down by sacrificing both of his legs, it was already very bad for their name then the incident of Arthur breaking in to free one of the prisoners, killing a level six prisoner, and escaping after fighting an Admiral was of course even worse for their names if this word got out.

Admiral Kizaru and Vice-Admiral Garp have arrived at Marineford as well as joining the others in the meeting room led by Fleet Admiral Sengoku. After everyone assembled, Fleet Admiral Sengoku began the meeting with Vice-Admiral Doberman reading out the full report start from the transfer of Belo Betty from Lougetown until Arthur managed to escape after defeating Admiral Kizaru and Seastone handcuff still at his leg.

Sengoku: "After you guys heard what happened in Impel Down, I gathered all of you to monitor the appearance of the devil fruit of the former prisoner level six. And I've also spoken to Gorosei and they decided to raise the bounty of Phantasm D Arthur and his crews. " Sengoku's first words after everyone knew what had happened.
