The Battle Begins
Priscilla and Samue did not get their wish to meet the new Apostle and were forced to leave Eternal City. The vanguard of the Arbitration Army had already reached the Red Jade Plain, with the main force on its way. The Arbitration Army wouldn't even wait to fully assemble before launching an attack on Red Jade City.
Samue and Priscilla had to leave Eternal City to command their own troops in preparation for the impending battle. Samue had it slightly easier; the Red Jade nation had gone all-in without hesitation, ready to charge with the new Apostle.
Priscilla, having not yet met the new Apostle in person, was still hesitant about going all-in and could only take things one step at a time.
