Trap

(AN: took a while but here we are)

Landing one a branch both the root wbu quietly observed the shinobi below.

"Alright haku go collect some wood we'll start a fire. Sasuke I saw a stream up ahead go get some fish. Lion when will owl and fox come back?" Kakashi stated

"An hour they said they were going pretty far looking for a bandit camp to help blood your genin." Lion replied as he leaned on a tree.

"Alright…" kakashi's voice trailed off as the two anbu started to follow haku.

One with orange hair signed 'quick let's capture the target.' While the one with black hair nodded.

Above them a normal looking squirrel that was missing an eye got a gleam in his eye as he watched the two anbu head off. 'So the yuki is the target. Probably for breeding I know he has a few enemy village clan members in his base for breeding.' Fox thought as he followed the two anbu. Fox slowly transformed from a squirrel into his human form, still unnoticed by the two anbu.

Hopping down the two anbu slowly made their way behind haku. A few seconds later one held up a hand seal as haku froze in place and the anbu slumped down. Walking over to the tree that the two root were in haku stood still as the other anbu fell down and picked her up. Jumping back up as the one anbu regained consciousness and injected haku with a liquid. 'Let's go.' The orange haired one signed

Watching as this all went down fox saw two seals light up as they passed a tree. 'And the how begins.' He thought as the two anbu stopped moving, and a barrier popped up enclosing the two anbu and fox in it.

"Well, well what do we have here." Foxes voice rang out as he stood in front of the two anbu.

Stopping the orange haired anbu spoke "fox we are with the root anbu division danzo has reason to believe this one is a traitor so we are taking her to T&I."

"Hmm I see." Fox started as he nodded "reasonable….but I'm afraid I can't let you take her." As fox finished he walked towards the root anbu.

"We are on the same side fox." The black haired root anbu spoke as he handed haku to the other one. "We are both working for the village." The man's monotone and dead voice rang out.

"Yes but she is a part of my mission. If Danzo sent you to pick her up than you should have a written and signed scroll for the captain." Fox asked while holding out his hand infront of the black haired root anbu,

Tensing a little the two root shared a look as the black haired one reached into his uniform and pulled out a scroll. His hand was hidden within his sleeve. Reaching out fox was about to grab the scroll as the black haired root dropped the scroll and reached out with a purple hand. Touching foxes own hand and fox jumped away. "What is the meaning of this!" Fox yelled out.

"You are in the way of our mission." The black haired man spoke out as foxes hand started to turn purple. "Those are my rinkaichū they will kill you."

"Come with us and we will save you." The orange haired anbu called out in a monotone and emotionless voice.

Letting out a groan of pain fox fell to his knees as the two root anbu came closer. "Danzo-sama has wanted you in his organization for a while fox join us and lead konoha to a better future." The black haired man spoke out.

"Ahhhhhhhhaahahahahhahahah." Letting out a scream of pain that turned into a peel of laughter fox slowly faded out of reality.

"You really think it would be that easy?" Asked fox as his voice came from a different branch.

"Genjutsu but…" the orange haired root commented.

"He's a jinchuuriki." The black haired one finished

"Oh yes I am quite incapable of doing any genjutsu myself." Naruto started as the him on the branch turned into a pile of leaves.

"But neither could most uzumaki, to much chakra." Another fox spoke appearing out of no where in front of the orange haired root as the root tried to impale fox with a tanto only for fox to faze through the root and disappear.

"But that wouldn't stop the clan…" another fox chuckled as he appeared than continued "so they used their insane affinity for fuinjutsu to create seals that acted as genjutsu amplifiers." As he finished fox disappeared as the haku in the black haired roots arms turned into fox and stabbed the root in the back.

Letting his rinkaichū out as they covered the fox masked anbu he let out a mocking laugh as he poofed out of existence. "Shadow clone." The black haired anbu commented emotionlessly as he pulled out the kunai in his back.

"No more messing around." The orange haired one ordered

"Oh why so serious fu Yamanaka missing brother of inoichi Yamanaka, and tourne aburame missing younger brother of shibi aburame." Fox questioned from the trees as his voice came from everywhere. Seeing the two tense up fox let out a low menacing chuckle. "Oh yes I know exactly who you are…" fox trailed off as his voice hardened. "Do you know how many times fugaku tried to make peace with the village?" He asked but didn't get an answer "25 times." He answered as a kunai was lodged in fu's leg. "25 times he tried to make peace and 25 times Danzo intentionally thwarted his attempts with your help." As of to punctuate his point two more kunai found themselves in fu and torune's back. "I wonder how many innocent uchiha who were sent out on missions you killed than ripped out their sharingans. How many uchiha you killed within the village."

"The uchiha were traitors." Fu stated

"Some were but not the ones you killed. You killed genins who just graduated or academy students who were walking home." Fox replied

"The uchiha are a cursed clan and got what they deserved." Torune commented.

Growling fox stated "no more talking I will be sending your heads back to Danzo as a message." As he appeared between the two root anbu and sent them away with a wind jutsu. Pulling out his katana and tanto he took up his stance.

*outside the barrier*

"That tanto looks familiar." Sasuke commented as he looked at it.

"Hmm *yawn* what happened?" Asked haku as she got up.

"You got hit with a sedative but I woke you up." Kakashi stated as he stood next to the two as he watched fox and the two root anbu fight.

"What is all of this?" Sasuke asked while looking at the barrier and other seals.

"Fuinjutsu, quite possibly the most powerful form of jutsu." Owl stated as he sat on a branch above.

"Fuinjutsu?" Asked sasuke

"Yes the art of sealing, a clan in the past were full of fuinjutsu masters. The other great shinobi villages feared them enough to send most of their troops to destroy the clan. They lost thousands only to kill the few hundred clan members." Kakashi replied

"The uzumaki clan right?" Haku asked

"Uzumaki." Sasuke spoke with wide eyes.

"Yes a great clan now rendered to a hand full of members left. They were konohas first Ally's one even married the shodaime." Kakashi replied

"Than Naruto…." Sasuke trailed off

"Yes he is the last loyal uzumaki." Owl replied

'Last loyal uzumaki.' The words echoed in his mind as they mirrored one's he heard about himself. 'Sasuke your the last loyal uchiha do your clan proud.' Came the words of the third hokage.

"Yes fox isn't on the level of an uzumaki seals master but he's good." Kakashi added

"What about Naruto?" Sasuke asked not knowing fox was Naruto.

"He isn't a full uzumaki so his talent for fuinjutsu isn't that high but higher than most, but he just started and it takes years to become a master." Kakashi answered

"I see…" sasuke trailed off in thought "do you know how strong he is?" Sasuke asked

"No, I was supposed to have him on my team but he failed the genin exam." Kakashi responded

"Oh." Was sasuke's only reply as he looked back at the fight. 'It might be time to see what the dobe is up to.' He thought as he watched fox mess around with the root nin.
