Chapter 14: Rakhala Krialo

"Rakhala Krialo, 30 years old, has pot belly, likes to eat sweet and savory food, don't drink alcohols but always drink chocolate milkshake, has dark blue slick medium length hair, overgrown beard and brown eyes. He never been in a fight but he likes to scheme and bootlicking people above him. Two months ago he was just a normal Politician but an Administrator took an interest in him and gave him a job for a promise of promotion.

"Then to start off the scheme that the Administrator has set up, he then demoted Rakhala immediately and send him to a post at north-east of Outside. There Rakhala met with the illegal Alchemist albeit not being part of the Administrator scheme, Rakhala took him in as some sort of insurance. Two weeks after that the Administrator helped Rakhala to run away from his post undetected by the Observer into The Outer. He then lay low and hide himself for another two weeks.

"One month ago, Rakhala was sighted wandering around the southern district of The Outer. He then started his plan of completing his job by surveying whore houses and gambling dens. He then spotted snooping around Witch Whisper two weeks ago. One week ago he is not spotted anywhere near Witch Whisper or any other place ever again but two days ago he was seen coming in and out of a house on the eastern district."

"WOW, you got that much information about him. So all of this is because a job given by an Administrator?"

"Yeah, but the question is what is actually the job given by the Administrator. Why is the job here at The Outer? It is easy to guess actually. Information. He wants information of The Outer. That is because The Outer has change from it old days and he wants to know who change it so that he can control that person. So he wants information. We don't have a lot of time left because Rakhala actually got the information."

"He got it? But the girls Keysha, Kalia, Alaia and Lita didn't told him anything. Did they lied to me?"

"No they didn't lied to you. He use an Artifact. A very complicated one. I remember there is an Artifact where you can enter someone's mind and search for their memories but the condition to activate and use the Artifact is really troublesome and tricky."

"What is the conditions of it?"

Maria looked perplexed and confused.

"You can somehow already guessed the conditions of it. The person you use it on must not be above 25 years old, they must be asleep and you must have sex with them before you use it on them. You can only use it once every two days."

"So that's the reason why he kidnapped and raped them. That fucking creep. I will go and fucking bash his head. That fucking old man!"

"No you don't have to. I'll go alone tonight. Tonight is a golden time for them and us. They think they are already succeed with the job and they will let their guard down. That's when I strike them."

When I turned my head to looked at Maria, I saw Maria looking at me like a hungry beast. Her bloodshot eyes looked very scary. I could see veins bulging on her head. Maria shouted at me with disapproving tone.

"Why can't I come with you?! I can provide support like yesterday!"

"Sigh~ because this time there is an Alchemist. Have you ever go face to face with an Alchemist. I have. I know I said this guy is a wannabe Alchemist and he still is but that doesn't mean he is not dangerous. He is still dangerous because he has a lot of unknown elements about him. You just stay here and wait for me to report the results."

"Alright fine~ but can you please bring Rakhala to me?~"

Maria looked at me with upturn eyes.

"Yes of course, if, I can afford that. Alex!"

"Your order sir."

"Tell the kids to secure the perimeter around Rakhala base and make it discreet as possible. Make sure no one enter the perimeter. Bring some medics when I give the signal alright?"

"Your order will be done."
