BASIC TRAINING-3

Leon immediately began his training. he knew that the system wasn't joking. Training felt easy at first since his strength had grown. he had managed to level up and all his stats had gone up. It was only after he completed 2000 pushups that he understood how difficult this training was.

Even though he was on the brink of collapsing, his stats weren't improving like earlier. It was only when he got to 300, that the strength stats finally increased.

"Strength +1, Endurance +1." Strength was now 10, and endurance is nine. He felt his body power up and began to train even faster. Although the mission sounded almost impossible, Leon was getting addicted to this training. his strength is growing at a slow yet steady pace. he never expected training to be so much fun.

The strength stat finally reached the next level when he completed all ten thousand Pushups.

"Strength +1, Endurance +1." To his surprise though he had already wasted 6 hours in just the first exercise. He proceeded with the sit-ups. but even after being midway through and totally exhausted by training, he didn't receive any boost in stats.

His body was no longer able to move due to the constraint.

"This training mission is impossible," Leon shouted.

"The host does have independent points he can assign. You currently have ten of them. Would you like to do so?"

"Didn't you ask me to save them?" Leon said.

"The points are required in increasing the host's strength for completion of missions and improving his strength. The objective lies within the accepted degree. But you need to choose wisely. You need to understand that the further increase in those sites will need even more training than before after you enhance them."

Leon understood the logic. " Put 2 points in endurance and 3 in strength."

"Are you sure?" AIGIS wanted to confirm this notion.

"I am."

The stats were updated and Leon felt an incredible increase in his strength. he continued his training. By the time he ended the second training, his agility stat had gone up by 1.

"Agility +1."

Leon has already spent 10 hours and only 14 hours were remaining until the end.

"Add 2 more points to strength," Leon said, asking AIGIS to put more points in strength. He then rushed to do the biceps. WIth the strength stat becoming 15, he felt his body brimming with power. He only had 3 points remaining and there were two more rounds to go.

The biceps training increased his endurance by 2.

"Endurance +1, Endurance +1." Both his strength and endurance stats have increased to 15. He then rushed towards the running part.

He decided to push himself to the limits once again. Conserving independent points was an important part. Leon understands the importance of these independent stats a lot. Also, some stats were not being affected by the training at all, like mana, wisdom, and luck. He doesn't understand the use of these stats but they must mean something.

The run was finally completed, with the agility going up in two states. Leon's current status is as follows:

"Strength:15, Endurance:15, Agility:10, Intelligence: 3, Wisdom :3, Mana:3. Luck:3."

"Level-2 user Leon."

The last remaining set was the crunches with just two hours remaining. Leon was quite confident that he could complete the task without any problem. He continued his training. The first couple of thousands were easy. Leon even managed to reach 5000 by the end of the hour which was a huge achievement for him. Yet there was no increase in any state and he was feeling tired.

The continuous training put a huge burden on his mind. He wanted to pass out but the listed punishment sent a shiver down his spine. he couldn't bear such torture. He reached 5500, then 6000, then 6500 and finally 7000.

It was during this time that Leon felt his body stiffen up as if it refused to move any further. Only 30 minutes remained, and he was still 2500 behind schedule. He thought about using the remaining 3 points but resisted the urge. He rested for a couple of minutes and began the exercise once again.

When he reached 8000, his limbs felt lifeless. He continued to train his body. By the time the next 500 was complete, Leon could no longer feel his legs anymore. His guys were extremely painful, and he felt light-headed.

he still didn't give up. Finally, with 10minutes to spare he reached the 9000 mark. His body collapsed on the floor. He was almost on the verge of losing consciousness as his visions started to blackout. he tried one more time to get up.

A message suddenly popped up.

"Title achieved: Ardous trainer.

Leon couldn't understand the meaning. Yet the following message provided additional information that showed up.

"Endurance +1, strength +1."

Leon's body once again felt powerful enough and he continued his training. he finally managed to reach the quote of the day at the very last second.

"Mission: Set +1 is complete. The user is allowed half a day of rest before the next session begins." Leon didn't feel like listening to the voice as he collapsed into a deep sleep.

.....................

"He is a dual awakener with magician and berserker type ability and both his abilities are at SS-rank. he will be the leader of this group. I hope you will get together well." Drake spoke up for the group.

The group members stood in silence due to the shock they received. The boy in front of them was a dual awakener with mage and Berserker's type ability. That is already something that every hunter desired. Moreover, both his ability were of SS-rank. What kind of monster is he?

" Go ahead with your introductions," Drake said.

"I don't need to know their names right now. I don't even know whether they are strong enough to be my teammates. We will proceed with the training and once I am sure about their abilities, I will certify them to be a part of my team." Liam spoke in a serious tone.

"As for him, I want that weakling out of here. He is not qualified to join me anymore." Liam said while pointing at the injured boy.

"This is not for you to decide. Upper management has pitted you guys together. Suck it up and begin your training." Drake then looked at the other group members and said. " Introducing yourself so that we can move forward."

"I am Howard stein. S-rank technician." The amicable guy introduced himself.

"Brandt Miller. S-rank Tank." The other guy introduced himself.

"Molly Fisher. S-rank Mage." The girl also reported her name.

"Nancy Gillmore. S-rank Healer and A-rank support." The girl who had stopped Liam said in an irritated tone. The group had a tinge of irritation in their voices. It is clear that they are not satisfied with Liam's attitude.

"The boy you attacked is named Joe Shin. He is an S-rank duelist. he is an integral part of the team and I hope you can resolve your differences once he wakes up. He didn't get a chance to show his true powers, or else he wouldn't be hurt so badly. But the difference in power between you two is noticeable as you would have defeated him anyway."

"You should introduce yourself too."

"Liam Chang. SS-rank Berserker, SS-rank mage. I will be in charge as the team captain. I hope to get along with your people." Liam introduced himself in a calm tone.

"It wasn't that hard, was it? You need to mingle together if you want to act like a team.
