Chapter-4: Northern Divine Region

[A/N: Most of you people didn't want to see Dongfang Hanwei arc, so I am going to skip that. We are going to go straight for the main dish]

According to his memories from the novel, the Northern Divine Region, the smallest geographical region among the four regions. It was only about half the size of the Eastern Divine Region, and one-fifth the size of the Western Divine Region.

If the God Realm were to be divided into ten parts, the area that comprised the Northern Divine Region would only make up one of these parts.

Thus, it was natural that they had the least number of star regions as well. Even so, because the yin energy in the Primal Chaos was continuously dissipating, the territory of the Northern Divine Region was constantly shrinking.

The only thing that Yun Che(Damien Azazel) has more advantage than the original Yun Che is his knowledge of what's going to happen in the future and his comprehension of the [law of nothingnes] is way higher than the original Yun Che.

Just like the original Yun Che, he went deeper into the Northern Divine energy just for safety purposes. Truth be told he has no obligation to take revenge for Yun Che. He didn't even like Yun Che because of how foolish he was. But there was this urge inside him that was telling him to destroy everything there was. And since he had the power to do it, he would do it.

Yun Che kept on going till he reached a lower star realm. Yun Che walked up to a tree that was totally withered and sat on the ground.

In his heart, the darkness profound formation that Jie Yuan had left inside of him before she departed shone with a gloomy light.

After that gloomy light was released, Jie Yuan's figure appeared inside Yun Che's soul.

She looked at Yun Che and it was as if she was standing in front of him.

"Heh," she gave a low and emotionless chuckle that sounded both mocking and sorrowful at the same time. "In the end, you still activated the devil mark that I left behind. It looks like you've finally been forced into a corner."

Everything went as he read, Jie Yuan told him about the Eternal Calamity of Darkness, about how it will allow him to control all the devils in the current world.

After listening to what Jie Yuan said, Yun Che, didn't waste a second and fiercely pressed two of these blood droplets against his chest.

The moment they came into contact with his body, these two dark blood droplets entered his body without any resistance, like mercury flowing over the ground.

Bzzz!

As a bizarre muffled ringing sound that was hard to describe resounded in the air, a dense and chaotic layer of dark mist suddenly burst out of Yun Che's body. His eyes were also releasing two incomparably gloomy black lights… as if they had transformed into two dark abysses which would swallow up everything. This was no ordinary blood, but the blood essence of a Devil Emperor!

After a few short breaths, the black mist that had been stirring agitatedly began to slowly disperse, and the blacklight being released from his eyes faded together with it. From now on, the two drops of Devil Emperor origin blood that had come from Jie Yuan existed in Yun Che's body… and they had done so in such a simple and easy manner. They had not rejected him at all.

The Devil Emperor origin blood entered his body, but it had not truly begun its slow fusion with his body. Yet Yun Che suddenly felt an incomparably huge change to his senses and perception. His spiritual perception could penetrate even more darkness now. In fact, it had reached a level where it was twice as powerful as it had been before. This was especially true for his ability to sense darkness auras. His perception of darkness auras was now incomparably clear and he seemed to be able to clearly capture the movements of every single darkness element.

But, he was not satisfied with it at all. He used only two Devil Emperor origin blood and left the last one for Qianye Ying'er who he know has already entered the Northern Divine Region before him.

Yun Che thought that with [Law of Nothingness] he could comprehend Eternal Calamity of Darkness faster. Yun Che used the [Law of Nothingness] and started cultivating the Eternal Calamity of Darkness. Soon, Yun Che seemed to have entered a trance-like state.

6-Months Later, Yun Che suddenly opened his eyes. His eyes resembled that of a dark, endless abyss. Yun Che had comprehended the entire first phase of Eternal Calamity of Darkness and already reached the middle phase.

[A/N: Hmmm, you might be thinking how the hell did he comprehend eternal calamity of darkness so fast right, then the answer is simple, he used the law of nothingness. Since we know the law of nothingness is the most op law out there, and not to forget his soul's nature also changed in the nothingness, therefore I am pretty much sure eternal calamity of darkness is piece of cake for him]

Yun Che then decided to increase his cultivation first. After all, he was planning on plundering a middle star realm so he needed a lot of strength. He started refining the last divine power the Ice Phoenix Spirit had given him using the [Law of Nothingness]. The image of a giant Ice Phoenix appeared and let out a screech. Yun Che's profound aura rose swiftly under the divine image of the Ice Phoenix. His progress was unnaturally quick, but there were no signs of instability at all.

3 days later.....

A bright blue light was surrounding Yun Che, Yun Che's aura was that of the 5th level of Divine King Realm. Yun Che finally stood up and decide that it was time for him to move.

[A/N: Again Law of Nothingness, no more explanations needed]

Yun Che was going to move when he suddenly sensed an aura coming towards him. Yun Che's eyes narrowed and his lips curved upwards when he sensed the familiar aura coming towards him. Instead of hiding his aura, he released it more wildly due to which the aura seemed to have noticed it. Within a few seconds, a black figure descended from the sky, landing right in front of Yun Che. It was a golden-haired woman. It was another than Qianye Ying'er.

Yun Che stared at her while she stared back at Yun Che. None of them spoke, finally, she slowly extended a hand but no profound energy was released from it. Instead, what appeared in the palm of her hand… was a slowly-condensing soul crystal. The soul crystal formed in her hand ever so slowly and the moment it fully formed, Qianye Ying'er's body swayed yet again as her beautiful eyes feebly closed but before she could fall on the ground Yun Che caught her. He carried her in his arms and went to the nearest city.

Qianye Ying'er was out cold for a very long time.

Her eyelashes fluttered and after a brief moment of stillness, her beautiful eyes sprang open and she shot to her feet. Her eyes instantly locked onto the incomparably dark and gloomy eyes of Yun Che.

Qianye Ying'er's body froze and the profound energy that had just surged up within her body slowly sank back down again… She had previously been a slave at Yun Che's side so she was familiar with his aura and the usual look in his eyes. But at this moment, the aura and the gaze of the man in front of her had completely and utterly changed. He was clearly so very familiar to her, yet at the same time, he now also felt exceptionally foreign and strange.

Her chest slowly started to rise and fall as she faced Yun Che… She started to slowly sink to her knees as she knelt in front of him.

"Help me… take revenge." Her voice was very soft, but the hatred contained within it was enough to cause the air around her to solidify.

"Help you take revenge?" Yun Che sneered at her. "You want me to help you to kill Qianye Fantian. Is that some kind of joke? If it is, then congratulations it was extremely funny."

[A/N: Spoilers alert for those who haven't read till the latest chapter]

It wasn't that He hated her or something, in fact, he quite loved her character. After all, She later became the original Yun Che's lover and then finally his wife. But currently, she was not that person he has to control her otherwise he might die at her hands only.

"You'll definitely be able to accomplish it." Qianye's entire body shuddered. "In this world, only you… will be able to accomplish such a feat…"

Yun Che noticed that her cultivation has fallen to the 1st level of Divine Sovereign Realm.

Yun Che conversed with her, exactly the way The Original conversed with her from his memories of the novel.

[A/N: From Now on I am going to call the Yun Che from the novel, i.e the original Yun Che as the Original]

Yun Che followed the plot and asked her "The current me is only a useless and lonely phantom, whereas the Southern Sea rules over the Southern Sea God Realm, a place which is second only to the Dragon God Realm. In fact, it has enough combined strength to completely suppress the Brahma Monarch God Realm which has lost you and the Three Brahma Gods. Given his infatuation with you and your cunning ways, you might very well be able to slowly shape him into your tool of vengeance and you wouldn't even need to become my slave."

Qianye Ying'er did not even hesitate to give her reply. "He… is not… worthy!"

"Heheheheh," Yun Che's cold laughter echoed throughout the room "You are currently a cripple, You are not the previous Brahma Monarch Goddess, You don't have your previous status but You are still this arrogant. I don't even know from where are you even getting that much arrogance."

Hearing his cold words, Qianye Ying'er's body shuddered, thought 'He is right, all the things I held importantly, all the things I took pride in, all of them have been destroyed. I really shouldn't have any pride, but still, I was once the Brahma Monarch Goddess, I am the youngest person to have entered the 10th Level Divine Master Realm. It is my own talent, not anyone else's, so even if I lost all of it, I still have the right to be arrogant.'

But, Qianye Ying'er's thoughts were cut short."But I like it" Saying that Yun Che continued "It seems You have already made your mind, Now then, Shall we have a proper talk now."

Hearing that Qian Ying'er looked up and her eyes widened.
