Darkness

Pitch black darkness surrounded as I walked towards the white light shining in front of me as I kept walking, I found myself in front a door, opening the door I was blinded by the bright light that hit my eyes and found myself in a complete white room. in the center of the room there was desk and behind the disk was a blurry figure. I walked toward the desk and sat into the empty chair in front of me, I didn't know why but I was clam during my journey till now eerily calm. the figure stared talking after I sat on the chair "hello I am an angle of death and as you know you have died since you have very high good karmic value you have two options, first is Heaven where you can enjoy your eternal reward or second is reincarnation with some boons where after dying you will renter another cycle of reincarnations until you gain high karmic value which may either be bad or good, do you understand". I nodded at her question giving affirmation that I could understand what they were saying. Seeing me nod they continued "so what will you choose " after some thinking I decided and replied to her "reincarnation ". After that a large panel appeared in front of me "you would get to choose five boons from this list, and some may decide which type of world you would reincarnate into so choose wisely". I looked through the panel and scrolled through it took me an hour to choose one, it had was a never-ending list of things. after 5 hours I finally selected all five that I thought would be good idea, the list had some pretty crazy shit to but i was happy with the one I got. Seeing that I was done selecting the being looked at me and pointed to my left and said, " you should walk through the door, and you will reach your destination and you will forget about this place ". I got up from my seat said "thank you" to the entity and started walking towards the door.

In a room a child could be seen sleeping on the bed. Opening my eyes, I saw a white ceiling, I was laying on a bed, getting out of the bed I saw myself in a room with very familiar old-style room. It was a very spacious room, getting out of the room I headed towards the bathroom to clean myself. I started taking off my clothes and headed towards the shower. After cleaning myself I looked in the mirror in front of me taking a brush from the stand next to the mirror I started brushing my teeth. Thinking about my life till now, I suddenly found myself in the past somehow in 1973 in London with new name "Jake Griffin" and new mother she was a doctor from what I know a single mother, I don't know much about my father just that he was supposed to be doctor in America that my mother met one night on his trip to states. After that she got pregnant with me and returned to Uk and decided to raise me all by herself. I don't know why or how I am here, but I am happy with my life here, although it had some hiccups like my grandmother of this life died when I was five, I was depressed for a long time, but slowly I pulled myself out of it, my grandmother was a lovely lady and always tried to spoil me. There were also some other interesting things that I found about myself in this life like I was smart, crazily smart I could easily understand high school level stuff easily and I was already on my way to start collage, it could be attributed to my past life but who I am kidding at best I was average in academic part of my previous life, when my mother saw my intelligence she was quite happy and said how proud she felt because of me. I was also quite tall for a kid my age and quite strong too like I could already pick up 300 to 400 pounds objects and started to show signs of visible muscles, I continued to get stronger every day it may not be sudden, but I could feel my strength increase little by little, so I unconsciously started to hold back on my strength to not cause any harm to people around me. I had red hair like mother but blue eyes that my mother said I inherited from my father, and I am pretty sure the absurd amount of strength I have is also inherited from him and how I know all this is because of the thing in front of me.

I was able to see my status from as long as I could remember in this life. it also showed me status of other people but not much detailed just enough for me to understand their power level. it also helped me understand my situation in this new world and the type of world I was in. My grandmother was a squib so is my mother, which help me conclude that my father was an Asgardian, and I was in the world of Harry Potter & Marvel.

Getting out of the bathroom I went back to my room, by the table side I saw the Calander and a date marked with the circle 30 July, the year is 1984 today I turned 11 years old and the day when I get my Hogwarts letter. I was eagerly waiting for the owl to deliver my letter when some opened my door and enter inside. turning around I came saw a beautiful lady with red hair at the door of my room, she is my mother when she saw me looking at her, she smiled brightly at me and in a very exited tone greeted me "happy birthday jake". Seeing her a smile formed on my face and i replied "thanks mom" "So, what are your plans for today" "nothing I just want to spend the rest of my day with you" "aww, my baby boy loves her mother so much, now come with downstairs I prepared all of your favorite food for today" and she started to move down stairs after that, I also followed after her thinking about all the delicious food waiting for me Hogwarts can wait for another time.

an hour later,

I was back in my room working after enjoying the food, I started getting bored and decided to work on my ongoing projects like making my computer more efficient by upgrading the programs and its circuits. it was quite a pass time for me the world was not that much developed, and internet was not much popular, so I like to spend my time by working on old appliances and making thing, I wanted to get master's in engineering and a PhD in Physics by the time i graduate from Hogwarts. As I was thinking what to do with my future, I heard a sound coming from the window, turning towards the window I saw an owl knocking on it, I got closer to the widow to open it and let the owl to enter. After coming inside the owl placed the letter on the take in my room, anticipating that the owl would come i prepared some treats for it and giving some to the owl I took the letter on the table and opened it, meanwhile the owl was enjoying his treat happily after having his fill it flew out of the window back to Hogwarts, I guess. I looked at the letter it had the address,

Reading this I became very happy and ran excitedly to my mother to show her the letter. Seeing me run towards her she told me to run slowly or i will trip but I completely ignored what she said and arrived near her excitedly showing her the letter " Mom! Mom! look I got a letter". Then she took the letter from my hand and read the letter, after reading the letter she did not actually believe any of it and thought that it was joke but seeing that I was so excited she let it be as i was quite mature and intelligent for my age and rarely showed childish behavior. As the letter arrived in the morning, I think to myself that a professor should be arriving by noon to take us to the Diagon ally.
