Yet they got close and comfortable with each other slowly. Then things got ugly when certain misunderstandings worsened their differences. There were brawls, ego clashes, and doubts. Chapter 41- The new feelings

Yasmin's body pricked with goosebumps as she noticed she was almost alone in the yard. She was taken aback when she realized it was late.

"The classes are over," Caleb continued, making her look up at him. "I was on my way home when I noticed you alone here. Where is your bestie, Lisa?"

Yasmin closed the drawing book and sprang to her feet. She was in no mood to respond to him. She tried to get away, thinking the driver was expecting her.

"Yasmin, wait…" Caleb grabbed her arm and pulled her back.

Her grip on the drawing book slipped. Her face was pale due to nervousness. "Stop following me." She yanked her arm back and retreated. "Don't you know I am married?"

"Married?" Caleb sneered. "Do you think I care about your marriage to that gay? He will never be able to give you the love and care you deserve, but I can. Leave him, and be my girlfriend."
