A Quick Aside: Draco Tries Snitching

Draco Malfoy had been watching his sister with a mixture of suspicion and curiosity. For weeks, Seras had been locked away in the library or her room, mumbling about runes, gravity, and something about turning muggle children into wizards. Draco didn't understand half of it, but he knew enough to recognize when his sister was up to something big. So he hatched a little plan, he told Seras at lunch that he had something important they would need to talk about tonight. They would meet tonight in his room.

That evening, while their parents were busy discussing important matters with Lucius' business associates, Draco decided it was time to put his plan into action. He tiptoed down the hall and walked into his room, his face set in what he hoped was a stern, authoritative expression.

"Seras!" he declared, pointing an accusing finger at his sister. "I'm telling Mother and Father about your crazy experiments!"

Seras looked up from her notes, barely suppressing a smile. "Oh, are you now? And what exactly are you going to tell them?"

Draco puffed up his chest. "That you're trying to turn muggles into wizards and using magic in all sorts of weird ways! They'll ground you for sure! You better do all my chores from now on, or they will hear about it."

Seras raised an eyebrow, then her eyes glinted with mischief. "You do that, and I'll make sure every single one of your precious Quidditch figures meets a very unfortunate accident."

Draco's face paled. "You wouldn't dare," he whispered, though his voice wavered.

Seras stood up slowly, walking over to Draco's shelf of neatly arranged, glow-in-the-dark Quidditch figures. "Oh, I would," she said, reaching for his favorite one—a figure that bore a striking resemblance to Draco, if he gained 250 pounds of straight muscle, that he called Professor Pain.

Draco's resolve crumbled instantly. "Okay, okay! I won't say anything!" he blurted out, snatching the figure from her hands and cradling it protectively. "But you have to let me in on what you're doing! Or at least tell me when you make something cool."

Seras smirked, patting her brother on the head. "No, but I'll get you involved when you get older. Now scram, before I teach Professor Pain the meaning of the word."

Draco nodded vigorously and scampered off, clutching his prized figure. It didn't dawn on him until he was halfway down the hall that he left the rest of them in his sister's clutches. He might not fully understand what Seras was up to, but he knew one thing for sure: his sister was not to be trifled with, especially when his beloved Quidditch figures were at stake.

I just had this one planned out long before the Dumbledore one, so more comedic asides as I didn't want to wait.
