The ant queen was extremely large. She was around 7 feet long, and quite wide due to its large abdomen, which was used to give birth to other ants. Her entire body seemed to radiate heat as the liquid coming out of her mandibles seems to be lava. She was basically just a larger ranger ant, just slightly more protected.

"Makes sense...Those stats though... I can see why her pressure is so strong..." David picked himself up as it was actually his instinctive fear multiplying the queen's aura, even though their magic stats were almost the same.

He jumped away from it, bumping into the bodies behind him which made the ant queen rage, looking at her dead children.

She roars with her mandibles clacking and rushes towards David.

David throws the bodies of the ants towards her, which she slashes them apart, as the oleic acid means that they're dead.

'Geez...' David thought while dodging her mandibles multiple times.

David had subtly touched the ground multiple times as he was running around the queen ant, charging the mana inside them before circling around her twice.

In that time, he dodged the magma being thrown at him by the mad queen and the constant mandibles, ready to rip him to shreds.

He quickly lead the queen back into the circle he saw that the queen was out of range, so by the time he stopped abrubtly and curved, he slapped him hand down on the ground, releasing the charged {Earth Spikes} upon the queen ant.

The charged {Earth Spikes} all ram into the ant queen, though her defenses were extremely strong, especially being refined with some magic, it barely pierced her.

Instead of letting her go, David quickly rushed towards her, and slashed the weakest leg as it was bleeding and had the most spikes launched onto it.

Using his momentum, he quickly sliced off the bottom left leg before continuing to the bottom right leg, making the ant queen slightly lose balance.

Though...before he could cut off the other remaining legs, he instead jumped up and stabbed his claws onto its abdomen, making it screech in pain and shook him off.

David landed on a corner of the room, though the ant queen didn't seem to be in any shape for fighting, as two of its six legs were missing, with multiple deep scratches and wounds around the body, especially the fresh cut in the abdomen, most likely imparing her ability to give birth to more larva.

The ant queen was...crouching? It began to release a literal aura of flames as it began to burn its surroundings, including the dead ant bodies around the nest.

Seeing that it was charging something...and quickly too, David drew his claws, cast {Earth Claws} and pierced the ground, using the remaining amount of mana to make a slanted wall.

The wall was quick, even with how thick it was, it rammed into the queen ant, making all of its aura explode into nothingness due to its lack of concentration from being hit from a wall which was making it fly into the edge of the room.

Due to the position of the wall, it crushed a massive portion of its endo and exoskeleton, making it easy for David to deal the finishing blow on it.

David walked up to the queen ant, and cut off her body into pieces due to her already damaged skeletons. He searched multiple parts of her body before pulling out her core, which instantly made the queen lose all life in her eyes, laying on the ground lifeless.

"Well... shit." David looked at his quest minimum.

'There's so many things to talk about... like what types of my body would be changed, or how much would it change?' David thought.

'Argh! I still need to get to safety as well!' he complained.

'At least this gave me some sense of my strength? I seem to be able to beat those a whole rank ahead of me... though I shouldn't get complacent...' David seriously thought while storing the carved up ant queen body away.

"I guess its time to see where the exit is!" David streched as if he was just done with his normal workout routine, working up some sweat.

David calmly walked out of the nest, even though there were signs of what seemed to be a war, making all the surrounding monsters even more afraid as David had beaten the dominant force in this part of the cave.

'Wow... seems like there's a lot more I can explore in this cave... It's frigging huge!' he thought.

David slowly walked throughout the cave, and when he finally saw some crystals and gems appearing occasionally, did he know he was outside of the ant's territory and possibly on some other beast's territory.

Cracking his neck, David's eyes lit up in excitement, thinking about the new monsters he might face in this cave.

"Time... for some boss hunting!" David smiled.
