Rich experience

Sylvia has finally entered the Land of Trial. She took a long time to enter because there were guards at the entrance. She didn't think that guards were tight in this place.

She had a strong hunch this was not just an ordinary trial, as they suspected. This was probably one of the main reasons why Klarret ordered her to come here. Surely, the enemies have dark plans for the young master. They want to execute him with a trial as a pretense.

"I hope I'm not too late," Sylvia said to herself as she looked around.

It was already midnight outside. Based on the information she gathered around, it was noon when the young master entered this dungeon.

It took her a while to get in here because Sylvia still had to deal with the guards. She needed to wait for the right timing. When finally there were no more bystanders around and only the guards remained, she used her hypnotism technique which she called «Fleur Dance Illusion», she put all the guards to sleep.

She immediately went up to the altar and used the blood in the bottle that Klarret gave her, before she jumped out of the carriage at that time, to remove the seal.

She didn't know whose blood it was but only one person entered her mind. However, it was not important to talk about it right now.

The important thing is that she needs to find the young master as soon as possible so that she can assist him. She hoped she wasn't too late, especially since it was some time ago already since the young master entered this place.

She turned around and couldn't help but frown due to the intensity of the murderous aura that this place exuded. She felt the presence of danger wherever she turned.

Sylvia was suddenly stopped from thinking and walking when a strange smell entered her nose. Her experience as an experienced assassin told her that it smells like blood. But the surprising thing is, it doesn't seem to smell like human blood.

She immediately followed the smell to find out the source of it. Maybe it could lead to where her young master was. She turned around at the corner and her eyes widened at what she saw. A large object was lying on the ground. It was no longer moving, and looking at it, it seemed to be lifeless.

She also noticed that it was bathed in green liquid. Must be its blood. But the blood seems to be slightly dry.

"This monster is truly a big worm. Are all the monsters here like this?" Sylvia was astonished.

It was her first time seeing such a big worm. According to the information gathered, the monsters in this place were nothing but strange. Their appearance is like a worm but their size is gigantic. They were also strong, so strong that according to her information, even the senior students who entered here before couldn't last long, but she didn't think it would look like this. Its skin is like metal and there are black crystals attached to different parts of its body.

Even though it was dead, Sylvia felt that it was not a weak monster as she had heard. From under her maid outfit, she grabbed a sharp dagger, and without a second thought, she stabbed the surface of the dead monster.

Clang!

A strange sound rang out and her eyes narrowed at the result.

As she suspected, the hardness of the giant worm's skin was like steel. Her dagger just bounced.

Such a creature was killed by someone? How was it killed? Sylvia asked because she didn't see any injuries on its body. But where did the blood come from?

Maybe under?

She tried to push it with her foot, but it didn't move at all. It's really heavy.

How could it be attacked from below? Sylvia couldn't help but be confused.

Regardless, her young master did not have enough skills to kill this kind of monster.

'It must have been done by a strong person. That means the enemies are sending seasoned killers to make sure to kill the young master!?'

She hastily turned to the dark pathway and said to herself, "The young master's life is in great danger!" Slyvia immediately ran towards the darkness.

About half an hour had passed since Sylvia rushed into the deep part of the dungeon.

Even though she sped up her running, aside from some dead carcasses of giant worms on her way, she still didn't see the young master or even traces of him.

Sylvia has two hunches as to the possible reason why she still hasn't found the young master.

First, the young master is in a deeper part of the dungeon. But this is hard to believe.

'It is impossible for the young master to enter the deeper part of this place. Although the young master is the kind of person who puts on a brave front, in reality, he's a coward. He's nothing but a spoiled rich brat.'

Her second hunch was...

"Maybe he was chased by a giant worm and his only way to survive is to run into the deeper part."

Sylvia continued on her search. Upon moving forward, she stumbled on three giant worms on her way.

She couldn't sense any sign of life from them. Like the other carcass, she couldn't see any wounds on their surface. They were all killed in the same manner.

After a short stop, she continued moving forward.

Meanwhile,

Inside an area that looked like a narrow room, a shirtless Klein could be seen rubbing his grumbling bulging stomach while sitting on the cold ground in front of the burning stones.

His upper body could be seen bare and he was wearing only pants.

He didn't seem to care about his situation despite that. His mouth was drooling while looking at the mushrooms and herbs being grilled on the hot stones.

Thank goodness he has rich experience in his previous world, otherwise, he would die of hunger and cold in this place.

After eating, he checked his Status Screen and noticed he leveled up quite many times after killing those giant worms.
