A Strange Blue Orb

Hasake, Yuma, Kuragami, Kiyoko and Varrick have made it to Frostbite Falls. Normally, residents of the Water Section can manage cold terrains, but Frostbite Falls is different. They're all wearing clothes that will help them manage the cold.

Kiyoko sneezes.

"This place is way to cold!"

"They're all shivering."

"So, anyone got a plan?"

"Yeah. Come guys."

Hasake gathers everyone together. He grabs a stick. Everyone crouches down. With the stick, he draws a circle on the snow to one side and a cross to the other.

"So we're at the circle. The treasure is at the cross. All we need to do is,"

He then draws a line starting from the circle to the cross.

"Get to the cross! Simple let's go."

Yuma slaps Hasake's back.

"I mean a real plan! Dumbass!"

"What real plan do you want?! It's just an extra cold cave! What's the worst that can happen!"

Kuragami stands up. He puts on a horrifying face to scare the others.

"There could be, powerful ICE MONSTERS!"

Hasake laughs. Everyone looks at him.

"I doubt it!"

They all go inside the cave. As they journey a bit into the cave, they all can't believe their eyes, especially Hasake.

"He was right, there is ice monsters."

There's many monsters made out of ice and snow in front of them.

"We need to make sure we're not seen."

Yuma points at them.

"Hey guys, look closely at them. They have…no eyes."

"Does that mean they can't see us! Perfect! Let's just walk through!"

Kiyoko then starts to walk forwards carelessly. Swiftly, Hasake pulls her back.

"You idiot! That must mean that they can see us through other methods."

"Other methods?"

"Like smelling us. Or hearing us. Let me test it out."

Hasake grabs some snow from the ground to make a snowball. He then throws it at a large icicle on the ceiling, causing it to fall down and make a loud noise.

All the ice monsters look at that direction and slowly walk that way.

"There we go! It's hearing that let's them see!"

"Nice one Hasake!"

"Be quiet man. Let's slowly walk past."

They all walk past in a line, tiptoeing, following Hasake.

Some cold air hovers around Kuragami's nose. His nose starts to tickle and feel fuzzy.

"AHHH!"

Varrick swiftly looks back.

"Kuragami, you idiot."

"CHOOOO!"

His sneeze makes the whole cave rumble. Icicles and snow starts falling from the ceiling. All the ice monsters look back at them.

Hasake's quick thinking lets him form a plan. He quickly slams both hands to the ground and uses his aura to create a slippery ice path they can all skate on.

"Everyone! Let's have some fun with these ice guys!"

Hasake jumps on the ice and starts skating away as fast as he can.

Yuma and Varrick follows. Kiyoko is scared to go.

"Kiyo?"

Kiyoko looks back at Kuragami. He seems relaxed while the monsters are closing in on them.

"You have never skated before have you?"

She nods her head left to right.

"Well, if you gain ice aura one day and become a hybrid, as a Ice Disciple myself I'm telling you that it's important to learn how to skate. That's one of the things that makes us special from other groups."

"Really? How come?"

"Because…."

Kuragami looks around. He grabs Kiyoko's hand and puts both of them on the ice. Together, they skate away. Kiyoko is scared.

"Our Ice makes things way more fun!"

As they skate a bit more distance, Kiyoko lets go. Kuragami looks back.

"Kiyo?"

She has a smile on her face. She is skating by herself.

"See. I told you!"

They make it to the others. They all continue to venture through Frostbite Falls, going past the monsters, dodging falling snow and icicles.

They create many bridges to go through large cracks. While Hasake leads the way, he feels like this is too easy for them.

They finally get to the end of the cave.

"Look guys! There's a chest!"

They all cheer, except Hasake.

"It seems small."

"Who cares Hasake! We made it to the treasure!"

They all slowly walk up to it.

"So. Who wants to open it."

"I do!"

Kuragami goes to the middle to open it. He slowly opens the chest.

They all look disappointed. Especially Hasake.

"I knew it! We did all that for nothing! For a stupid blue orb thing!"

"What meaning does it have?! Maybe if it was glowing then sure I would take it! But it's not! It's useless."

Yuma calms Hasake down. He closes the chest with the orb still inside it.

"Forget it. Lets just all go home."
