And these potential are like giving caps to the Pokemon , let's say as it is black so the soft cap it can level up to is around 120ish and hard cap is 130ish.. the better the potential it's easier to level up, this is very much used in Pokemon fics, so I added it 'cause it's a good way To measure till where it can reach!
