Leveling up

The night was coming and Noah had yet to prepare his fireplace and to collect some straw to both his fire and to make his bed, so he decided to get to work he tried his best to not distance himself too much from the cave to not get lost once more.

After about 2 hours of search and avoiding the creatures roaming around the forest he managed to collect a good amount of straw, sticks, and picked some dried rocks.

Back in the cave, Noah was sweating buckets, all this work tired him a lot, with this his resolve to lose weight solidified.

'So I have to make fire like the old times.' Noah thought to himself while placing a bit of dried straw on the ground and started colliding both rocks against each other in order to create some friction which will hopefully create a spark that will then ignite the straw.

After 10 minutes of the continuous collision, he finally managed to ignite the straw then he started gently blowing to make the fire grow, placing more straw above and sticks.with that done he started he decided to walk to a river that he found nearby in order to dissect the rabbit.

As a full city boy, he didn't know how to do it and he even felt the urge to puck the moment he saw the insides of the rabbit, but he endured after all he knew this would be his dinner tonight.

Back in the cave, Noah was currently roasting a part of the meat peacefully, after it was cooked he took a big bite and the first thing he thought was that it was horrible, without any seasoning it was just horrible.

After finishing he decided to pick a piece of meat and roast it in and then place it on the inventory and see if it stays hot, and to his surprise, it really worked, in the end, he roasted all the meat and placed it in the inventory before laying down on the bed of straw he made and falling asleep.

In the next day, Noah woke up really early the sun was beginning to rise and he was currently exercising, he began by running a couple of laps around the cave, he did 40 squats, push-ups, and many other exercises, then he walked to the river to clean himself and his clothes.

Today his plan was to kill a rabbit again and see if it would be easier. Currently, it was the only creature he was sure he could defeat so he decided to use them as training.

After walking around the forest he managed to finally find a rabbit.

This time he decided to ambush it successfully but once more he made a sound and alerted the rabbit who immediately launched itself at Noah in order to bite him.

Noah was much calmer this time and waited for the rabbit, the moment the rabbit jumped to bite him he sidesteps and then slashed the rabbits back. The rabbit made some space between them and started observing. Noah decided to go forward this time and gave a horizontal chop in the direction of the rabbit which landed.

After a rough fight, he managed to kill the rabbit, and immediately he heard a sound inside his head.

He felt elated grinning from ear to ear, he decided to see how many Attribute points he got from leveling up.

After some thought, he decided to throw his points to agility and strength since he uses both of the most right now, allowing him to become both faster and stronger, which will help him a lot in fights.

Satisfied he stored the rabbit corpse and the copper coins in his inventory and started to recover.

Truth be told he only walked in a straight line and marked some trees in order to know the way back to the cave he was currently at.

Although he has no sense of direction he still can use his brain, well more or less.

After exploring a little more he found another cave but this time the entrance of the cave had 2 green-skinned creatures covering their genitals with some beast skin, looking at this ugly midget Noah had a general idea of what it was, it was a Goblin, and he knew that goblins were both quite the stupid species of monsters following their instincts and most of the times they were under a clan or tribe chief who was smarter than the rest.

Noah was hiding behind a bush in order to think of a plan, he decided to lure and fight one goblin, and this decision was made because normally in almost every game Goblins was one of the lowest grade monsters, and when you get used to killing them it would benefit a person a lot after all once you find one goblin you are bound to encounter a couple more nearby since they usually don't get too far away from the place they live.

Noah threw a rock to one of the goblins that were guarding the entrance of the cave.

Once it got hit the guard looked around scratching its head confused, deciding to find out what just hit him. It started walking away from the entrance of the cave approaching the bush where Noah currently was at.

Holding his sword very tightly Noah prepared to ambush the poor little green midget.
