One resembled an enormous manta ray with translucent, shimmering wings that stretched hundreds of feet across. Its body was adorned with swirling patterns of light that shifted like constellations, and its long, trailing tail glowed faintly, leaving streaks of golden light in its wake. As it glided effortlessly through the air, its wings emitted soft, resonant tones, adding to the ethereal music of the environment.
Another creature, serpent-like and impossibly long, weaved gracefully between the floating islands. Its body was made of what appeared to be liquid crystal, refracting light into rainbows that danced across the mist. Its head, crowned with intricate, horn-like structures, emitted a soft glow, and its deep, echoing hum reverberated through the air, vibrating in the chests of the travelers.
