Chapter 88

"So, let's talk about how to heal this planet."

I say that as I look at the two beings before me. The older woman in front of me says.

"What do you want? We already agree with your patron to give access to this world as long as they do not do anything too damaging to the planet and humanity."

I can see the human in this room look at her in alarm at that word. I guess I understand the reason why. Giving access to your house is asking for trouble, especially to strangers.

"We want access to the Throne of Heroes. Before you say something, we only want to make a copy of them each time we run out of clones. We will not take any of the original souls in that place."

The two of them look at me for a few seconds before the older woman says.

"Show us. Show us you can heal this planet, and we will have a deal."

I nod and say.

"Show me the way."

After saying that, I follow the two out of my pocket dimension and the smaller woman opens up a portal. My companion and I follow them through the portal while the others cannot even get close to the portal.

I can see a beautiful sight of blue land surrounded by infinite stars when we step through the portal. In this land, I can see many kinds of creatures that look at us. Some with hatred and some with curiosity. Not only that, but I can also see hundreds of humans looking at us with calculated expressions. Among them, I can see EMIYA, the counter guardian.

However, they do not move when they see Alaya and Gaia standing next to us. We continue to follow the two of them deeper into this place before we arrive in front of a giant floating orb. I frowned a little when I felt my Sun Rune coming to life and informing me about the orb before me.

This thing is like a True Rune. This orb is the heart of the entire planet. If this thing dies, the entire planet will die with it. The atmosphere will be gone, and life will disappear from this planet. I mentally ask if the Sun Rune can heal it and receive an acknowledgment from the rune. The Sun Rune even tells me how to do it.

I look at Alaya and say.

"I can heal the planet. Do you want me to do it now?"

Gaia, the little girl, nods her head. 

Seeing the confirmation, I take a deep breath and release the full power of the Sun Rune. A second later, three symbols appear above me. I put my hand in front of the orb and say.

"[Sun of Life]!"

This is the highest healing spell the Sun Rune has, and I use it on the entire planet. I can feel the energy inside the Sun Rune getting depleted at a very fast pace. After a few minutes, I stop and release a sigh. The Sun Rune is done and needs time to recharge.

I turn around and am about to tell them that I need time, but before I can do that, my eyes land on Gaia. Her previously sickly face starts to regain some color, and the horn on her head has some leaves.

"Right. Anyway, I need time to recharge. I can continue the healing process in two days. It should take only five healing before the planet returns to its original state. Seven healing sessions at maximum."

Alaya smiles at me and says,

"I shall inform your agent about the agreement. We agree to give you access to the Throne of Heroes after the healing is done."

"Thank you, and it is nice to do business with you guys."

After saying that, Alaya takes me back to the portal while Gaia smiles at the orb. She looks so sick that I feel bad for her. I hope that a little healing session is good enough to elevate her pain.

When we leave the portal, I blink a little when I see more people already waiting for me. There are Irisviel and Saber, but also two more people in the group. The first one is a blond woman with blood-red eyes, and I can see fangs coming out of her mouth. The second one is a woman with crimson hair and blue eyes.

As I walk closer to them, Zelretch smiles at me and says.

"Welcome back. How is it?"

I look at him and say.

"I can heal the planet. However, it will take a few healing sessions. After the second one, you guys should be able to notice the difference."

He nods and says.

"That is good to hear."

"Right. Can you introduce me to the new guests?"

"Of course! The first one is my adopted granddaughter! Her name is Arcueid Brunestud."

The blond woman walks forward and starts to sniff me. I blink a little and let her sniff me. After a few seconds, she grins and says.

"You smell of Sun, Water and Lightning! You look like a human, but at the same time, you are not! Interesting!"

I look at Zelretch, who looks at me with a small smile and says.

"Pardon her behavior. She rarely goes outside and even more rarely finds someone like you."

"Right. And who is this lady?"

I look at the last one. However, before he can introduce her, the woman walks forward and says.

"Aoko Aozaki, nice to meet ya!"

After saying that, I can see her eyes shine for a moment, and I can see her nodding.

"You are good. I don't need to worry about you destroying this country or something."

"Why would I do that? As long as you guys do not attack me and what's mine, I will not attack you guys."

At that answer, she starts to laugh.

"If all magi have that kind of thinking, we will have eternal peace in this world. The only problem is your negative side."

I tilt my head for a second before nodding.

I pour some of my cursed energy into a blue flame made of cursed energy around my body. As I have done that, the people around me react to it. Saber stands in front of Irisviel with her sword drawn, Waver shudders after feeling my cursed energy, Arcueid grins at this energy, and Aoko frowns a little.

"This is cursed energy. Don't worry, it is not harmful to humans because I take the negative energy of the humans around me and make them have a better day."

I can see Aoko think for a second before nodding her head.

"Very well. I am satisfied. If you need anything, you can ask that old man over there, and I will do you a favor or two."

"I will remember that."

She nods happily before she jumps from one building to another. I look at Zelretch and say.

"Who is that?"

"Hmm, how do you say this… You can say that she is the protector of humanity, and her power is among the strongest in this world."

Ah, so she is one of the True Magicians. Wait. I remember something about the color blue and time travel, and the owner of this power is a woman.

"Is it related to the color blue?"

He looks at me in surprise before saying.
