I am thinking of not going there if I can. I want to create a story that expands on the DxD universe. I will try and go there occasionally but will not focus on what is happening in Kuoh.

IF it is at his peak, yes. My thinking is that he is just before he absorbs countless alternate selves into himself. That mean, he is powerful but not to the point of planet cracking powerful.
