The Selfless Action Of The Defending Squad!
"Let's increase our pace" The man in black purplish clothes said as he start moving faster while the lady behind him also did the same.
"We can continue after dealing with this vicious beasts" The leader said as he seeks their trust.
"Hah... Whatever" Brandon said while Vincent dragged his mask over his mouth and nose while adjusting his hood.

"Hmph!" Brandon grunted as he swing his large sword towards three wolves at the same time!

The attack hit and send all of them flying while Brandon grinned and push forward with his attack as he swing his blade madly against the group of beasts!
Energy level around the area kept on rising as the group also unleash their strengths and start killing the wolves.

Vincent appeared and disappeared at a unique pace as he calmly slice the throats of his enemies and then disappear again, anytime he appear, one beast must die!
Suddenly a beast's ear twitch as he attack at the empty space behind it!
"Huh?" Vincent is caught off guard as the attack throw him off balance!
The beast jumped over to finish his opponent!

"So its you guys" Vincent heard an extremely familiar voice after a blue light flashed and the beast is no more!
"Aizen?" He asked with a shocked face.
"Yep! It is indeed me, I was with Layla while it seems you are with Brandon" Aizen said as he extended his hand and pull Vincent back to his feet while he gaze at the Large blade warrior killing beasts crazily!
"Let's have some fun then"Aizen smiles as he grip his blade and join the fray!
The tide soon change with the arrival of the reinforcement and Layla's timely assistance on the battlefield.
"Yes! We are winning!" A soldier shouted in excitement as other soldiers soon follow suit.
"But why is there so dark..." A soldier said as he pointed with a shaking finger.
"What the hell is that..."
The monsters are more than twice the amount earlier as they rush like a tidal wave coming towards the group that are just celebrating!!!

"Void Slash" Aizen muttered as he slash his blade horizontally!

A large amount of eery aura leak out giving people a sense of dread as the large blade made of Void push forward towards anyone that dares to block its path!
The beasts roared as they also boost their morale and charge forward while releasing their own skills.

The void blade cut through those before it as if it was nothing and still kept on pushing forward!
It was at this moment that their instincts kick in as it gave them a loud alarm of danger as they all bolt away from the path of the Void blade!
Aizen wield his new blade with incredible proficiency as he cut through their formations, 'The blade is already this powerful but I've come to realize it is incomplete, maybe he will know about it' Jwhbsrinvfriygrf's face appears in his mind.
"Dammit! They won't just end"
"Let's attack and retreat!"
And so they started to fend off the attack while backing off and closing the distance between them and the large mysterious mountain behind them!
Just when the situation is looking optimistic it suddenly turn into another major problem!
The beast's are beginning to surround them and cut their path to the mountain.
Some two individuals with one limping are just sneaking around the perimeters when the tide turn against the defenders and they had no option to keep sneaking.
"We are also in danger" Raven whispered to Mask.
"Our only chance at survival is that we reunite with the people surrounded, at least it will prolong the time we have to live and maybe reinforcements will come" Mask said as he look at the people surrounded while fighting a bitter battle.
And so they decided to run towards the people surrounded!
"If we don't do anything then our path will be cut off and it will mean certain death!" Aizen shouted as he look at the increasingly closing circle made around them.
'I hate to resort to this but it is the only way...' Aizen gritted his teeth and made up his mind.
Aizen quickly find his way towards the commander to talk to him, "We need some people to open a path and then some of us will charge through it while some will defend"
The commander's face fell into uncertainty, "I know that some may die in the defense but that is inevitable if not we will all die, I will also join the defending squad while we stay behind and fight them off"
"I will try my best to reduce the casualties and let as much people to escape" Aizen said as he look at he increasing mass of beasts.
"Captain, this plan is indeed feasible, I will also join the defending squad, trust me we will try our best to return alive" Someone that loooked like his assistant said while some soldiers also nodded with determination.
"No you will go and I'll stay" The Captain denied.
"No! They need you more than we do, so just follow them and control the situation all of us here are experienced soldiers but only you can control such a large mass of soldiers when chaos erupted!" The vice captain also denied as he gave his reason.
"Alright then! We are retreating while some of our brothers will stand behind to ensure us a safe exit!"
"Brandon you should lead the charge for opening the path!" Aizen shouted as he nodded at Brandon.
"Layla, you must also go with them"
"But-"
"No time for arguments! Trust me you'll save more lives there and I will return" Aizen smiles as he join the defending squad.
With Brandon leading the charge together with the captain, soon a path is about to be opened!
"Haa!!" With a shout they all rush over and push forward while setting their emotions aside and given the defending soldiers a look of gratification!
The beasts also realized the situation and decided to pursue the retreating soldiers with pure killing intent and rage evident in their eyes!
But will the defending squad let them have their way? Absolutely not!
"Ready yourselves soldiers! Today we must let none of this vile creatures escaped!" The Vice Captain Who has taken the command shouted.
Aizen's POV
'I never expected it to turn out this way but even for me this is pretty much, there's a chance that I won't make it back' Thinking about that Aizen smiles as he think of all his near death encounters.

I went forward with my blade already unsheathe and slashed at a monster horizontally while still pushing forward.
Three wild boars are already charging towards me, this will be a tough one!
"Water Blades!" I said while I activated one of the skills of my new sword!

I slashed horizontally from the left and when my blade is at motion I quickly turn it and slash diagonally down and lastly I thrusted the blade forward!
The horizontal attack sliced the legs of two of the beasts while the last one jumped but that is the purpose of my thrust because I already anticipated it and thus the blade empowered with the water blade properties!

Blood splattered as I pull the blade and charge towards the injured boars!
Without using any skills and I slashed at their necks and decapitated them but the battle has just begun!
"Haaa!" I shouted as I charge towards the nearest beast to me which happened to be a snake!
Swish!
I slash my sword at its body in an attempt to slice him into two with my attack!
Whoosh!
Even thought caught off guard the snake quickly pull its body bad into a curve shape while the blade hits the ground and the snake suddenly shoots towards me!
"Argh!"

Even though I jumped back, I was still hit on the leg!

"Damn" I cursed as I swing my blade again!
It attempt to dodge by moving back but this time is stamp my feet and move forward and swing my blade!

"Bingo!" I exclaimed as I hit it on the head while spilling some blood.

I screamed in pain as I felt a large force crashing to my body, I quickly stand up and saw the assailant!
It is a large animal that resembled an enlarge version of a bull!
It lower its head and from my many experiences I know that it is a stance that made when they are about to charge!
'Oh shit, here I stand in a 1v1 match with a magical bull' Aizen felt his luck is really awful of all people.
'But on a second thought it's a good thing that the powerful beast comes after me, I will handle them better'
