Meeting Daisy (Part 2)

Tulip eyes turn black "You fucking bitch!"

Daisy flinch hearing the icy tone of Tulip "I'm sorry tulip"

"YOU ARE SORRY!!!" Tulip roared not bothering about the crowd. Her mind is filled with anger, frustration, and somewhere betrayal "for six years Daisy ....for six years I keep on saying that I never drugged Sol for SIX YEARS. Somewhere I felt so guilty to sleep with my sister fiance, even how much I hate you but would never do something like that to any woman, my dignity would never allow it and here my so called sister always knew!" Tulip said venomously, her lips turn into mocking smile but there is a murderous glint in her eyes. Looking at the glass of water Tulip splash it on Daisy.

Daisy gasp seeing herself wet, it's humiliating but she understand Tulip anger, in a pleading tone she said "I know I was wrong but Tulip I had my reasons I--"

"Fuck with your reason! " Tulip yelled while glaring at Daisy. Tulip mind is in a mess, she don't know what to do, should she cry or laugh at her situation. May it's a karma what she did to Daisy when they were young but her son was innocent so then why her previous actions is being settle by her son. When she gave birth to little bun, in his birth certificate the father section was blank. Everytime people asked her son about his father he couldn't answer because he himself never knew because Tulip couldn't able to tell him. He was only three years old when someone called him a bastard child, a child doesn't deserve such a hatred.

Suddenly a man appear infront of her "That's enough!" Tulip frown looking at the intruder but she don't know why but she feel like she had saw him somewhere. Suddenly realisation strick her "You--" before she could finish her sentence he interrupted her "Remove your hand from my wife"

Unconsciously Tulip is holding Daisy hand tightly and her nails digging in her skin, realising she weaken her hold, how much she hates Daisy but she can't harm a pregnant woman. Her gaze fell on the man standing protectively infront of Daisy "You are Mr Augustus .....Jeffrey Augustus one of Anderson Ltd CO-owner ...you are 15 years older than her" Tulip exclaim in surprise. Looking at both of them she couldn't make anything of the whole situation.

Jeffrey Augustus look at Tulip grimly and didn't said a word neither their is any expression on his face. Daisy touch her husband hand to gain his attention and gave him a reassured smile "I own her Jeffrey" hearing her Jeffrey suspiciously look at Tulip but after few minutes he nodded at Daisy and stand behind her protectively.

Looking at them an envious feeling stir inside tulip's. Actually when their parents were so focused on Daisy as a silly teenage girl she always dream of having a good life partner who would give his time, his love, his attention. All her life she is fighting for attention of her parents love, for her attraction towards Sol then after her son born she fight to give him a good life. She is been so used to fighting that somewhere she she wishes for once what it likes to be taken care by someone. Ignoring the lingering feeling she focus her attention on daisy, waiting to finish her 'reason'.

Daisy first hesitate but looking at Tulip cold eyes void of any emotion her guilt increased "Tulip I never loved Sol. The man I always loved is Jeffrey since I was 12 years old, at first it was admiration but soon it changes to deep feeling. But the situation wasn't in my favour at first he rejected me because he thought my feelings were mere silly admiration. I was heart broken, then father told me about the merger where I got engaged to Sol during that time I try to forget Jeffrey but it was hard during that time he is also going through divorce---" feeling irritated Tulip interrupted her "I'm not here to hear about your love life....I want to know why and who?"

Nodding Daisy continued "At first I try to move on with sol but one day just 2 days before the wedding things get deeper between me and Jeffrey. And when we realise it the situation was tough. I wanted to break my wedding with Sol but didn't knew how to confess it infront of our father. But when your and Sol incident happened ...." Daisy hesitated to speak but getting comfort from Jeffrey she continued "I was happy because now I and Jeffrey can be together. I become selfish Tulip I become selfish. For six years I have been carrying this guilt ...I'm sorry..... I couldn't sleep peacefully at night and since I saw you at that party I want to confess" Daisy hiccough, her face strain with tears.

"So it's you who drugged Sol so that you and him can be together" Tulip icily said .

Daisy gasp in horror "No no Tulip it's not us. I will never do this to you"

"Then who?" Tulip asked.

Daisy look at Jeffrey, Jeffrey protectively hold Daisy hand and look at Tulip "It's Natasha Valkyrie"

Tulip release a shallow laugh and coldly look at Daisy "Even if you didn't do it Daisy but still you made my life hell for twenty six years. I don't understand why I born with such unfortunate fate. I seriously envy your fate after all you got everything." saying that Tulip walk away and left the café.
