"Are we going to have to split up?" Rangiku asked with a crying face as she clung to Ryujin's arm. "Even the dorms will be separated, it's not fair, I want to stay with you!"
"Rangiku is the school rule!" Gin said raising his hand to get Rangiku's attention "We can't do anything about it"
Ryujin nodded in agreement with Gin, unfortunately, they were from different classes. then they would have to have different dormitories. Ryujin clenched his fist already knowing why. Bullying of upper-class students with lower classes
"but I don't want to be separated from you" she cried again with a despondent face "I want to stay with you, you are all I have, if I separate from you I will have nothing"
Rangiku squeezed even tighter on Ryujin's arm, almost clinging to him. If Ryujin didn't have a dragon body. he would have been crushed by Rangiku's grip despite being a small girl, she was very strong thanks to her huge concentration of Reiatsu
Hearing Rangiku speaks those words Gin's eyes flickered for a second showing a cold and hateful look. If Aizen hadn't taken something from Rangiku, she wouldn't have to suffer was Gin's thought as she increasingly reinforced his decision to kill Aizen.
"Rangiku doesn't be stubborn and take a while without us, you'll have to learn to fend for yourself eventually," Ryujin said with a hesitant face. he wasn't confident of Leaving Rangiku alone"As much as it pains me to say this, you should fend for yourself here than to have an accident with me or Gin and be alone with no one and not knowing how to turn around"
Gin just nodded from the beginning it was Gin's idea to separate little by little from Ryujin and Rangiku. he wanted as much distance from them as possible so as not to involve them in his revenge and he knew Ryujin's words were true. If anything happened to them, Rangiku would be alone and it was all Aizen's fault. Gin clenched his fist, damn it Aizen
"But...." Rangiku cried again and giggled "Nothing will happen to you, we are a family, nothing will tear us apart"
She tried to finish her sentence, but couldn't when she felt a single-arm wrapping around her, pressing her head into a soft but constant chest.
Ryujin felt like crying and so did Gin. In the end, the two had different plans, but eventually, something could happen to them and their path would be too dangerous to take Rangiku with them.
They would end up breaking up eventually...
"Rangiku, please don't do a show, I promise I will always visit you," Ryujin said feeling Rangiku's head on his chest "I'll only be a few meters away from you"
"You promise?" she whimpered looking with a puppy face at Ryujin
Rangiku hated the idea of parting ways with Ryujin and Gin. She spent much of the life she remembers with the two of them. All his life he spent with Gin and half of it with Ryujin. the two of them were always there for her despite her agreeing that she didn't know the two of them very well at all.
Ryujin had a dark side and a scary look that she occasionally saw in his eyes. Rangiku always tried to keep her smile and always drew his attention to her when he gave her those spying looks. Because the moment he looked at her, Ryujin changed and went back to being the kind boy he always was.
"I promise, I will come back to you no matter where I am!" Ryujin spoke kissing Rangiku's forehead which turned red.
Gin's eyes widened and he almost choked showing a completely amused smile. Realizing that Ryujin didn't say anything he wanted to say.
Rangiku's head was almost smoking when she felt Ryujin's icy lip touch her forehead. She bit her lip, starting to try to reason in every way possible, debating in her mind if that was a declaration of love or simply a misdirected word of comfort.
To be honest with me. Rangiku didn't want to find out.
"So, I'll charge you if you don't come to see me! I'll be very angry" She said crossing her arms and pulling away from Ryujin while putting a smile on her face that looked like a tomato it was so red.
"You too Gin, I want you to keep coming to see me don't disappear!" Rangiku pointed his finger at Gin. She ran towards her classroom.
"I will not!" Gin declared with her smile and eyes closed and fixed her words "I won't leave you alone either"
"It's even better" Rangiku huffed "I see you at lunch"
"At lunch," Gin said smiling
"At lunch" Ryujin smiled too
So each one went to one side turning their backs on each other On that day the sword fell and cut the thread of fate that connected the 3 souls
From that moment on, the three lines of fate would begin to separate little by little and each one would go their soul, with two being taken away and the only line that would follow the path of prosperity. She would suffer every moment from the destruction of the people she loves.
