Inside the Shinigami Academy were a group of 50 men and women who would be the teachers of the Shinigami school for the next 6 years of preparation for newly graduated Shinigami.

As the school had a lot of history, the teachers tried their best not to soil the beautiful history of the academy that was founded about 2,100 years ago.

The Academy was once called the Shinigami Academy. It was then changed to the Academy of Spiritual Arts when it developed into an institute for the next generation of the Kidō Corps and Onmitsukidō, as well as the Shinigami of the Gotei 13. However, it is still referred to as Shinigami Academy in Rukongai.

The Shinigami Academy teachers watched the students warily. for they knew that among those students there were nobles whose power came from noble families and not from their abilities. then, to take a single student from the noble family to a limit which they were not able to reach. It could lead to the dismissal of the respective professors at the academy and the Gotei.

Every teacher in that place had a different symbol on their chest. they were emblems of their rank in the Gotei 13. that is, they were active Shinigami in their own right. In front of the students who were being taken to their respective rooms. everyone wore traditional school clothes

The Academy's uniform is similar to the standard Shinigami shihakushō uniform, but with a different color scheme. The feminine style consists of a shitagi (undershirt), a kosode (shirt) with red stripes, hakama (pants), white socks, and sandals. For the men's version of the uniform, red is replaced by blue. There is a circular symbol on both breasts of the outer shirt. This appears to be the Academy's emblem.

A bald man with a white beard who looked extremely scary was Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto the head captain who led the Gotei 13. The many teachers were all shivering from being in the old man's presence even though he was hiding most of his Reiatsu.

Yamamoto could only sigh in silent disapproval that the new generations of Shinigami had grown so soft. He wasn't even making his Reiatsu burn in the slightest, but, he still had a Shinigami formed in the Gotei 13 who fainted in his presence.

But

Yamamoto had hope. When he received the information from one of the most powerful and oldest members of the Gotei who was there when the Gotei was just a place for butchers who only knew how to kill and feared nothing, she told him that she wanted to teach at the academy. he for the first time in a long time became interested in what made the first Kenpachi decide to teach.

He was worried too. having Unohana fall in love with someone would be the obviousness of a top-level talent that could reach the Shinigami of the early Gotei who died a long time ago only leaving Yamamoto and Unohana or squad zero

Yamamoto ran his hands over his forehead mentally, shuddering at the thought of the time he ended up fighting a dragon called Ddraig.

(Even my Bankai couldn't stop that thing!) Yamamoto thought and turned his eyes to Ryujin once more(The worst, isn't he the only one Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, a goddess? to make matters worse, Sieg Fafnir… two dragons and a goddess. I'll have to talk to the three of them, so they don't show themselves)

(I was surprised when I found out that Shinigami, Hollow, and Quincy weren't the only supernatural races in the world 1000 years ago when the war with the Quincys started to take its toll on humans) Yamamoto thought tiredly and took his eyes off the three( but actually! being attacked by a raging dragon wasn't the best way to find out you're a shark in a lake)

That was Yamamoto's problem. Apart from the zero squads, in the society of souls, only two people knew of other supernaturals, He and Unohana who were the eldest and he wanted it to stay that way. The balance should be maintained and the spirit world should keep away from the physical world.
