Aizen in one of his raid he come a cross of document of late 5th great noble clan after they divided into the two clans, in the document theorized that the Shinigami power has a ceiling and after reaching that ceiling no more power could be retained so if they need more power they have to gain other spiritual power like hollows and hell damned souls. The reason for the division of the great noble clan was one faction wants to have power in the hell realm as they say the damned souls have more power and another faction wants to have a power of hollow realms as they say hollows have more comparative advantage to Shinigami power. The faction that wants to have hell power, tries to revolt from soul city so central 46 exiles them to a valley of screams. The faction that wants have hollow power, named Urahara clan needed a backing of great noble clan because of bad reputation other faction, so they go to only option they have Shihoin clan and this document was in their library from Urahara clan. The document theorizes that the way to gain hollow power is to have one thousand high potential Shinigami spiritual power capture at the moment their soul is wounded and wants to heal, so combining this soul healing of one thousand can heal a wounded soul that grafts hollow power. Aizen use Rangiku as his last victim and from now on only need wound someone soul then graft some hollow power then use the this artifact to heal that wound to gain hollow power but as we know it couldn't work because the hollow power that he will use have someone else memory, regret, shame, etc. it's like an organ transplant, you just can't take some part from someone then put in someone else. The new part or host body will reject it and this process will usually kill the host, so in the future Aizen will test this on the other Shinigami so he can improve on it. As to why they didn't prevent him from his doing she sent her people to piggyback Aizen raids and made a copy of every information they have and changed part of the original document to misinformed Aizen and his accomplice, as she has doubts about him being alone in his raids. So tail him so maybe he could lead us to his accomplice and if we arrest his accomplice that we don't have any information on will be in the wind, so we let him do his experiment but we rescue all his victims so nobody died to this day. I ask her if she has any suspect for Aizen's accomplice, she says that the last raid Aizen did was the information about the Urahara clan so the most likely person is Kisuke Urahara. Heir of Urahara clan which have the same age of Aizen and they both have about same amount of IQ, the only difference between this two is Kisuke more into the inventing and Aizen more into the planning so together with same goal are doing this but they double cross each other as they both create their own artifact but I will both my money on the one that Kisuke created.

I then ask Moriko what she wants to do about Kisuke and Aizen. She said that it should be her little brother and sister's decision and she will talk to them when they wake up. She then left and went to the guest room and waited for them to wake up. After I chat with Izumi some more she tells me that from the information that they recovered from the Aizen raid some concerning plans that central 46 got their hands on but didn't do anything about it. There was gathering between other four great noble clans and some of the council members which Tsunayashiro clan have this plan to detach soul kings body parts and use them to creates different weapons and artifacts and other great noble clan pass the voted on it, but the plan come to the halt when I become shogun and start building different seal to secure all the soul city and realms. Then the plans changed, it was to send some of their researchers to try and study the soul king's body, one the candidate was Kisuke. Shihoin clan with the help of zero division member Oetsu Nimaiya was trying to smuggle him to soul palace but that the only way they could access to soul palace was with all five keys and code to the seal on the door and only his captain, Ichibe Hyosube knows the password which is because off his power to know all the names. So when they couldn't gain access to the soul king they tried again with the best next thing available to them which was his son Yhwach. So when they find out from council members the information about Yhwach, they send a few of their researchers with Yamamoto to take advantage of the war, but in the fight all the researchers KIA (Killed in Action).

When all their plan was to not, they again go after something powerful to replace the power core so they take all the zanpakuto from the death Shinigami and craft with one thousand zanpakuto that have the destructive power of a million zanpakuto named Sokyoku, but no single person can wield it. They use the Sokyoku as a weapon to execute Shinigami that had severely broken the law.

When the intelligence division starts working, I give them a list of a few individual names of people of interest in the soul realm. In that list were all the story characters that I know and after Yamamoto and Urahara, two names stand out: Shunsui Kyoraku and Jushiro Ukitake.

Jushiro Ukitake for being host of Mimihagi (right hand of the Soul King) in the original timeline, Ukitake is the eldest son from the low-class aristocratic Ukitake family. He has five brothers and two sisters, whom he essentially supports by himself. At the age of three, Ukitake developed a fatal lung disease, which caused his hair to turn white. Because there is no Mimihagi to heal Ukitake so they took him to our hospital and with the help of one of my daughters he was healed. My daughter was very fond of him because of our simulating in the heir color and always being positive and smiling.

Shunsui Kyoraku for being next captain-commander, Shunsui is the second son of the high-ranking noble Kyoraku family. While Shunsui was still a young boy, his older brother married the woman who would eventually become Nanao Ise's mother. Though Shunsui and his brother did not really get along, living with his brother became more comfortable, and Shunsui would visit him often. At one point, Shunsui found his brother receiving a hairpin from Nanao's mother and noted that he had mellowed out in his old age, only to be informed that this was the kindness of Nanao's mother at work. MANEUVERING

If you set a fully equipped army in March in order to snatch an advantage, the chances are that you will be too late. On the other hand, to detach a flying column for the purpose involves the sacrifice of its baggage and stores.

Thus, if you order your men to roll up their buff-coats, and make forced marches without halting day or night, covering double the usual distance at a stretch, doing a hundred LI in order to wrest an advantage, the leaders of all your three divisions will fall into the hands of the enemy.

The stronger men will be in front, the jaded ones will fall behind, and on this plan only one-tenth of your army will reach its destination.

If you march fifty LI in order to outmaneuver the enemy, you will lose the leader of your first division, and only half your force will reach the goal.

If you march thirty LI with the same object, two-thirds of your army will arrive.
