One eyed Devouring Eagles

While they were on their way to Knowwhere , Alex decided to introduce everyone to the Collector.

" Taneleer Tivan, along with the rest of his kind, made his appearance in the Universe shortly after its beginning."

" He also has a brother who is commonly known as the Grandmaster."

" Over the course of the centuries, The Collector became the leader of an intergalactic conglomerate known as the Tivan Group which made money by mining the corpse of a Celestial."

"Due to his complete obsession with collecting different objects and specimens, Tivan was given the title "Collector"; he controls a massive intergalactic trove

containing a vast collection of both objects and living specimens. "

" He is also one of our prospective clients. "

After Alex explained everything he knew about the collector, everyone mulled over his words.

"Also guys, Knowwhere is an unlawful place. So don't show them any weakness otherwise it will be endless trouble. "

Afterwards , nothing major happened along the way and their journey was smooth sailing.

Just when Alex and the others got down from the spacecraft after arriving at Knowwhere, they immediately felt the chaos in the environment.

Afterwards Alex led everyone towords a hidden mercenary stronghold located on the planet. He got it's location from a few unlucky ghosts on his way here.

When everyone sat inside the tavern, Alex communicated with one of the bar tenders in sign languages that he learned from the " kind" mercenary previously mentioned.

" Hey brother, help all of us get a mercenary badge and set up a mercenary squad."

After the bartender asked some superficial information he assigned a batch to each of them.

Before setting up a squad, the bartender inquired for it's name. To this , Alex replied casually.

"Lets just call it SPD - Space Petrol Delta. "

Next it was period of hectic schedule because to take on high paying and better quests, one must have a good track record.

During this period while one or two of them completed the quests the other party members roamed on the planet and did some bounty hunting.

5 years later

"Fuck ..... The SPD mercenaries are back. "

Immediately after hearing this, the otherwise bustling crowd seemed to have a pin drop silence.

Subsequently a lot of rough looking people silently slipped away and hid themselves.

Well these were just some people who had a significant amount of bounty on their heads. They were afraid of being targetted by Alex and others.

Yep ! After all these years, the Global gangsters had a very terrible reputation in the mercenary world .

They had completed almost any Quest they took which ranged from being very easy to almost hell level.

With Alex and others strength it was not impossible to push horizontally .

After Alex et. al. reached Tivan's museum, they entered without stopping.

There Alex saw the collector admiring his set of collections.

"Yo Tivan, having a good time huh? "

Jack said while carrying a heavy box on his shoulders and put it in front of the collector heavily.

"Ah Jack.... my freind..... And Others are here too I see. "

"Welcome back! "

" Alright Tivan, don't beat around the bush and settle the payment. "

"Hehehe..... Why not? Let me just check it first..... Here it is.... Ahh... Perfect. "

After checking the products collector honestly transferred the money.

" So have you prepared what I asked for last time? "

Alex asked inquiringly since last time when he came here , he told the collector to prepare the sample of a special spaces of Eagles he found out about not long ago. "

" Oh you don't have to worry about it . Although the One Eyed Devouring Eagles have already become extinct in the outside world but I happen to have one in my collection. "

Hearing this Alex smiled relievedly. After all this was the whole reason he chose to start his coperation with Tivan all those years back.

These one eyed devouring Eagles they are talking about used to be a group of very powerful inhabitants of the Musk planet , near the Skree Empire but unfortunately when it was found that this planet had Uru metal mines, there fate was decided. The Skrees completely destroyed this species

Alex only find out about this in one of his missions through the mouth of an old Skree who seemed to have left the empire and was on the run.

Their special abilities immediately aroused Alex's interest.

These eagles have only one eye and they use it to spray laser from it.

Also they have strong digestive system and start eating various metals from the birth which leads to them having Wings made of metal whose attributes are similar to the one they eat

To boost that they were inhabitants to the planet having lots of uru metal.
