She carefully crafted a plan to infiltrate the shelter supported by the Illuminati, knowing that her cover could be blown at any moment. Natasha, dressed in civilian clothes, entered the bustling underground shelter with the other refugees. She looked around, analyzing the layout of the shelter, and quickly noticed that the Illuminati members were dressed in white suits with black sunglasses.

She made her way to the food line and took a tray. As she looked at the food, she was stunned . The rationing was too lavish for times like these where the whole world is under war and there is lack of food supply everywhere. Before coming here she thought that the Illuminati members were keeping the good food for themselves, while the refugees were left to starve. But now it doesn't seem to be the case.

Natasha spotted a group of Illuminati members huddled in a corner, and she slowly made her way towards them, trying not to draw any attention to herself. When she reached their table, she sat down, and listened to their conversation. They were talking about how there bosses could defeat the Chitauri army easily , but they will only take action whenever they want.

" Are these people simply bragging or is this true? But if this is really true then I can't imagine what is the real purpose of this organization called Illuminati. It seems even more dangerous than Hydra from back in World War 2 time period. "

Natasha thought gravely. Naturally, the unknown is more dangerous and same is true for her .

Just like that, Natasha spent the next few days trying to find any information about the leaders of this organization but to no avail.

Today it's been 20 days since Natasha came to this shelter. She was already preparing to return to the SHIELD headquarters by this time in defeat, but suddenly she heard something that blowed out her mind.
